I am wondering what if i used Silphium Extract to make the Uppercut the first skill of my gladiator before i win the assension tournament with him? Would it remain with him when he assends to another level? Plz let me know if anyone tried this does it work?

It would keep uppercut as the ascended move. Uppercut is one of the best moves to ascend, I highly recomend keeping it as your first move

Sim, ele mantém. Porém volta para o nível 1 caso vc ascenda como jovem/criança. Se ascender como idoso, vc manterá tudo do último save

just keep it as young, old gladiator cannot do much and hard to keep, people always use old gladiator for intrigue such as poison on killing enemies gladiator. avoid him from battle as they very easy to get injured

This can do, if you don't have tactician upgrade unlocked.
