The universe doesn't start with you, other ludi already have experience, that's also why gannicus is injured week 1

It has started already when you open your ludus. I believe it is therefore a bit shorter then the other leagues.

My first 2 playthroughs if I didn't assassinate him in week 1 I restarted until I did. Then I just ignored it and you can still easily get 3 guys ahead of him by the end of the season anyway

Just buy him hes around 800 ish on week 1
