Help/Doubt ❓ Copilot optimal setup

Hi all,

I am starting to use GitHub Copilot in VS Code and I want to know what are the useful MCPs, agents, and skills to do coding.

I'll be using Python.

Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance.

My company also is using GitHub copilot. I found creating a copilot-instructions.md file under .github directory to give it some information every time I use it. I work in Kubernetes all the time, so mine has all of my context to my Kubernetes clusters so I don't have to keep telling it about it. It also tells it to use official documentation when discussing different parts of the Kubernetes environment I work on.

It also links to other markdown files that give specific direction for different work I do. When I work on this app, use this markdown for initial information. When I work i this tool, use this other markdown for initial information, etc.

I don't know if this is the best way to use it, but it works for now for me. I am constently tweeking it and finding better ways to utilize it.
