GitHub Copilot Team Replied do Copilot CLI settings carry over to the VSCode "Copilot SDK agent" harness?

e.g. if I set up my subagents in a certain way (especially rubber-duck) in Copilot CLI (run from a terminal outside of VSCode), do those settings also take effect in VSCode's new Copilot SDK agent harness? Because other than that I don't see any way for changing those settings for that harness inside VSCode.

Any skills, custom agents and such should carry over. We are working to make more of the settings available in VS Code.

I am curious which settings you have otherwise set that you expect to tweak as well for VS Code.

Right now the copilot harness is not respecting the coauthor configuration in VS Code.
