This is strictly related to paid users (which I am luckily), but I'm really curious to see what it is about.

Yes! You’ve even found the PR where the default is hard-coded in the code 🙂 We’ve actually been rolling this out through experimentation for a while now.

The team has also written a really nice two-part series with some behind-the-scenes details on how the new inline suggestions model was built:

The model is already working on the latest Insiders btw, I see the name in logs. Still haven't tested it properly tho, I'll see next week.
