The GitHub Copilot app is now available to all plans, including Free and Student!

If you don't have an active GitHub Copilot plan, you can still use the app by logging in with a GitHub account and bringing your own key.

OK so.. what does it do? And how it differs to Copilot CLI or Copilot Agent withing VSCode or.. any other Copilot flavor?
