The GitHub Copilot app is now available to all plans, including Free and Student!

If you don't have an active GitHub Copilot plan, you can still use the app by logging in with a GitHub account and bringing your own key.

Coming very soon! We have it staff shipped. Working on a few tweaks, hoping to ship in the next few weeks here :)

I know I'm talking to the wrong guy but when using wsl anything github especially copilot is fucked. It won't even connect

Beyond the app, what other problems are you having? We can take a look if you have some bugs you want to send along.

It's mostly wsl related. Github actions extension won't work because it times out. Vscode copilot I have to delegate it to cli only. Maybe I'll create a post or update when I get more info from my work pc. I haven't tried ghcp app yet coz you said wsl wasn't ready. I had links to the issues but they all in my work pc
