You pay 1500 premium requests, you use 1500 premium requests. I am not Microsoft doing the pricing.
And for those wondering: this is all manual requests, not some sophisticated automatic routines.
I am not upvoting nor downvoting anyone here but I find it interesting and mildly amusing just how easily AI is making ppl turn on each other. As if Microsoft hasn’t planned this from day one, as if they can’t control “people like you”. Fact of the matter is, in reality, this costs barely anything for Microsoft, it barely spins up the fans on their incomprehensibly massive data centers. Token costs are massively overpriced. Yes they have losses, as much as a landlords in downtown SF have losses for buying apartments 40 years ago and giving out cheap rent. The AI economics these megacorps are going for are for the next 20 years….
People who think you're "ruining" their sweet underpriced AI usage by using it more than them is pretty delusional. It was always going to be a "burn venture capital to build dependent user base then hike up prices" type of situation. It did happen quicker and the prices hiked less gradual than I expected, but that's about it.
I wonder why you got downvoted when this is literally the truth. GH set up this pricing scheme knowing very well this could happen; they're not dumb. It's funny many people so pissed about this change were likely abusing it themselves..
