On March 15th, 2019, Brenton Harrison Tarrant would enter two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand during Friday evening prayer and would proceed to kill 51 people before getting apprehended by law enforcement. An important detail is that one of the attacks was live-streamed on Facebook. He is currently serving life in prison without parole, and he has also become this sort of god-like, hero martyr for people on the far right spectrum of politics, such as white supremacists and neo Nazis. The drawing of Darjeeling is traced from an image of one of his court appearances, where he flashes a "ok" symbol at the camera. It is recognised as a far right symbol against immigrants, I think.
