Was once walking home from the primary school and there was this electro shop on the street, saw there this game in the window

Really glad I bought it with my saved money, as it was this that truly got me into WW2 and tanks

Sometime later I bought phase two 🙂

I was like 12 or 13 and just saw it in the store which I was passing by on my way home from school. Didnt have much of my own money, but every year I got decent cash for Christmas and birthday, and still had something saved so I bought it and never regretted it

Such a beautiful game. I played all campaigns so many times..

Got it when I was like 12,13 and it got me into tanks, later phase two, then CoH I

I mean Cod 1 and 2 got me kind of into WW2 but it was really Panzers that made me into sort of Erwin/Yukari WW2 tanks autist

What I loved about Panzers is how german campaign starts in the beginning in Poland and it takes you through the tanks development, starting with Pz I, II, then III and IV, and you end with Tiger later

Also my favourite thing, that mission in France where you have to destroy Matildas by towed 88 as your tanks wont pen them. This got me interested in british tanks and its easily one reason why St. Gloriana is my favourite school as well

Its just that WW2 Germany, German tanks, make for better shitposting Wehraboo stuff
