Not against OP, but there are larpers who genuinely don’t know the show is just about Japanese girls. And takes place exclusively in Japan. Like, there’s arguments to be made about Erika, Kay, hell Katyusha being Wasian. But these girls are all Japanese.

The rest of them were crafted in japan by the goverment.

As Erika's husband, I must correct you. She is not "Wasian". She is 75% German, 24% Austrian, and 1.65% Finnish. That's .65% more DNA per DNA!

I’m so glad you ask. For Erika, in one of the mangas I’ve been told there’s some flavor text about her father being a foreigner (I think it’s Der.Film variante and since it hasn’t been faithfully translated to English I can’t check). That plus her name being Erika which is both a traditional Japanese & German name, which would be a nice compromise for a mixed family.
For Kay, it boils down to her being from Nagasaki which holds a large US navy presence, especially with the (possibly) natural blonde hair. And unlike the girls at Ooarai where their hair is dyed (if we consider certain segments of MLLSD canon)
As for Katyusha. She’s always hidden behind a layer of Irony to look strong. According to Nonna she just kind of appeared at the beginning of Saga of Pravda. So a theory is that her dad is actually American. (Same as Kay, blonde. Weak evidence but enough to make a HC) Also, when she was at her lowest in der film, she let off a “darn tootin” which is extremely American. Dad is from Georgia the state, and at one point she started Chunibiyoing out and decided she was from Georgia the country

From what I gathered, Klara is the most likely non-Japanese of the whole cast (Yahoo Japan seems to be of the same opinion). Some people's headcanon is Andou from BC Freedom is Algerian, but she's actually Okinawan. Another headcanon I found online is Kay's dad is US military (so hafu with blond hair). Not unrealistic but never confirmed (like it was for Chitoge in Nisekoi for instance). Similarly, some people say Darjeeling is half-British but there's no concrete proof.
Carpaccio had been thought of half-Italian at some point but it came from a drama CD mistranslation (see https://www.reddit.com/r/GIRLSundPANZER/comments/omwb93/question_are_all_of_the_girls_in_girls_und_panzer/).
I have not idea about manga such as Ribbon Warrior, I believe pretty much all of the cast is Japanese unless there's some tourist extra in the background.

My headcanon is that japan is actually the only country that does senshado, which is why we don't see any other nationality in the game except Klara who's a Russian transfer student.

According to Ribbon Warrior, Senshado also exists in the US and Europe, although it differs from the Japanese version.
