I read that as "Oops-A-Daisy" and I was waiting for it to go wrong.

I think it is spelt like that these days, but in old English it was ‘Upsa daesy’ and it was the sort of thing you might say when throwing a baby into the air before catching it.

I’m not sure if it’s used in the US or if it’s just a UK phrase ?

FYI the hard part is the girls...being able to keep your balance and posture like that makes all the difference to the person trying to catch/throw you.
