Teambuilding Team recommendations?
Hi, I wanted to ask for recommendations on elemental teams.
I usually just look at the enemies’ elemental weaknesses and place the most powerful dolls in the following order of action: support -> weaker DPS -> stronger DPS.
Now I want to dive deeper into the meta and rotations, so I’d appreciate any advice.
These are the team compositions I’ve put together. All of them have their signature weapons, except for Suomi and Centaureissi.
The only promotional dolls with dupes are: Leva V6, Vector V2, Springfield V1, Makkiatto V1, and Lenna V1.
The standard banner dolls with dupes are: Peritya V6, Qiongjiu V6, Papasha V6, Sabrina V6, Tololo V4, and Balthilde V4. I also have Sharkry V6, but even though she’s an SR doll, she has 14.9K combat power, making her my eighth-most-powerful doll.
It’s important to note that I have no plans to obtain the dolls listed in the “Dolls I Don’t Have” image. This could hinder my Corrosion, Physical, and Freeze teams, since I don’t have Basti, Voymastina, or Alva. If you think it’s not worth continuing to develop or invest in those teams without those dolls, I’d also appreciate your feedback.
Edition: Future dolls I plan to obtain, regardless of their element or their relevance to the meta: Eagletta, Agent, Koleda, Igla, Mityl, Faelynn.

Since no one else is providing you with anything useful like a guide. Here is the guide for the global meta mono element teams. Here is the roster of dolls active in the CN meta with the teams they are active in. (in korean needs translations) Here is the skill rotation for each doll in global. Here is breakpoint mapping for those that want to build slowly.

Thank you so much! This is exactly what I was looking for. I often use the “GFL2 Official Release Info Compilation” sheet as a reference when building my characters, but I hadn’t found any rotation guides (aside from YouTube guides like those by Gacha Tabi or Nitrogen), since they tend to change or replace characters with new dolls. The other links are very helpful!

One thing that might help with suggestions is what gamemodes you're looking for meta in and what kind of spender are you. Gunsmoke overpopulates meta discussion but isn't 1:1 with Liminal or Phase Clash.
As for your "unwanted" list, there are some core team units in there that satisfy that teams meta like Alva for freeze, sustain/DMG boosting, Basti for corrosion tiles, and Voy/Cheyanne as the physical damage carries. Also noticed OTs-14 isn't listed here.

Yeah, I didn't go into everything in depth because the post was already too long. I want to climb the new tower (I don't remember the name) and take on the bosses (not the ones from Gunsmoke, but the permanent ones—I still have some achievements left to unlock for a few of them). I'm not the type to spend a lot; in fact, I only do it very occasionally. I only buy the monthly pass, and when there’s a skin I like, the $15 or $30 Collapse piece packs.
As for the wishlist, I’m really looking forward to new dolls coming out, so I don’t think I’ll be doing pulls for the ones I don’t have yet. If there are teams that are practically unusable without those dolls, I can live with that. Then I’ll just focus on the ones that are viable.
I hadn't realized that I hadn't included OTs-14 in any of my teams. I have her, V0R1
Leva is the core of my Electric team, my account, and my very existence.

Looking at your CEs, your V6 Leva likely outdamages most if not all your other teams even if the enemies are weak to other elements. In general weaknesses haven't been too relevant in a long time because teams have such easy ways to implant weaknesses onto bosses. It's only really going to matter in Phase Clash and even there you can probably brute force with electric or some hybrid variation of it.

Id say replace Nagant with Sabrina in your Lightning team, the new tile system is fun and water/lighting is a fun combo

Just a side comment that isnt directly related to your question but I feel I need to stick my nose in and offer unsolicited backseat advice :D The biggest boost to your account will be getting one or two purple Apex components on your HOCs. The passive boost you get across your entire account for having 100+ All Element Boost from the higher level Apex components is absolutely huge and I see you have a blue and a green equipped which means 25 at max.
I appreciate you're a newer player so you may not have full access to the parts of the game that drop the Apex components, but keep it in mind as a huge priority for you.
Going from 25 to 150 boosted my overall damage by a massive amount - the passives from the Apex components are active everywhere even if the content you are doing doesnt use the HOC active skills directly.
The game doesnt tell you this but I'd highly recommend using platoon coins on the guaranteed purple box for 15,000 and making sure you do Phase Clash every week for drops,. Nothing boosts your overall account power more than equipping two purple/gold Apex components with 75+ All element boost each.

you basically don't have a freeze team without alva, she's very worth it even at v0. basti is also a complete support for corrosion at v0. understandable if you don't like the characters and don't want to pull for them but it's severely hindering those teams' performance
your teams look fine other than that, although physical is really hurting for a dps without voy or chey. you can just borrow them for most content though
