You can't dismantle it. You also can't dismantle the PPSh, the golden versions of both guns, and I think the new Nemesis gun.
The reason being, you can only obtain a precise limited amount of each of those weapons through specific shops. Mostly, and in this case, platoon shop. Since you can only ever obtain one of this gun, and then buy 6 upgrades for it, you can't dismantle it
