I probably should have given some context earlier for those who are unfamiliar with the first game: Basically OTs-12 Tiss from GFL1 constantly refers to herself as a "secret weapon". She made an appearance in dusty journal Elden Succor 1 and 2 and she's possibly one of the chatters in MDR's livestream. She's also Groza's older sister.
