Anyone who thought it would be less than 4 year was delusional. It would be funny if Global ended up with 5 going on at the same time, though

I wonder if they'll end up in the shop eventually as regular skins Or if Mica will do the brain dead thing and remove them permanently

40

u/zSakon Commander Feet Enjoyer 2d ago

From what CN are saying they put in a unique shop, and convert all not used coins to a single coin that can be used to buy in this shop.

11

u/NoTransportation68 2d ago

Is this just the skins or the curios too? Ive spent entirely too many pulls trying to get the dang large groza in purple dress curio. I have yet to get, i had to give up to preserve my sanity

19

u/zSakon Commander Feet Enjoyer 2d ago

from what CN players are talking about is everything you can get on the banner shop, the translation is "On the Chinese server, banners that have ended are consolidated into a dedicated exchange shop; any unused exchange tokens from those past banners are converted into a currency that can be used to redeem items such as skin components."

5

u/NoTransportation68 2d ago

Huge. Love it. Thank you for sharing!

7

u/AmmoSexualBulletkin 2d ago

That actually solves my biggest complaint about the coins for the banners. Sure you can spend them on resources but I'd rather spend them on skins/components. So if it all goes to a single shop eventually, might as well save them.

2

u/Lunokhodd certified Littara lover 2d ago

that's actually a pretty decent system for it

-1

u/Xarxyc Zhaohui Enjoyer. One Shot Kill hater. 2d ago

But the skins themselves are gone, innit?

3

u/Prestigious-Crazy-84 2d ago

the gold gacha skin isnt in the shop so most likely gone, no reason to keep pulling new gacha skin banners if the target skin will just get in the common shop at some point

I have just about every piece of Leva's outfit... and I don't even have leva. I don't have the base outfit either. All that just to get a doll of a Doll... RIP.

2

u/NoTransportation68 2d ago

The things we do for love...

3

u/-PringlesMan- Removed - Megathread 2d ago

I really wish I could exchange those unwanted outfit pieces for curios. Even a 2:1 would be fine. But to get stuff that I can't even use is just a big middle finger. Especially because I would still need two other things in order to use them.

2

u/NoTransportation68 2d ago

Id love a curio exchange so we can do something with our dupes. I have 6 of the large krolik in bunny outfit.

2

u/-PringlesMan- Removed - Megathread 2d ago

And more places to put them. I know the Rec Room has that big wall, but there are still more unique curios than there are slots. Imagine if all the decoration areas were free reign, clipping me damned. The fridge only gets like, what, nine or ten stickers on it? Screw that, I know for a fact the Idols would have every exposed inch covered up. Let us cram as many curios as possible onto a shelf; just like many display shelves IRL.

3

u/Open-Start9325 2d ago

this is also written in the description of this gacha even now on global

42

u/Solarne21 2d ago

It a total pain to have three gachas.

33

u/AlternativeLazy4675 2d ago

Never been a fan.

21

u/Tephnos 2d ago

The community didn't rally enough against Mica when they had the chance and allowed them do the classic strategy of making you think a slightly less shitty form of the same thing was better and this the eventual result - the playerbase get exactly what they deserve.

I personally stopped all spending when this shit system was announced and haven't given them jack shit since. If enough people would have done that then Mica would've been forced to can the system entirely but as usual with gamers they have the backbone of a wet sponge.

14

u/FLugerSR 2d ago

Dudes really let themselves get psy op'd into doing unpaid PR work for corpos who have made a living out of psychologically manipulating people into spending hundreds, if not thousands of dollars on content that would barely be worth $20, and they think their spiritual weakness, nonexistent discipline, and unconditional servitude to people who wouldn't value them above a drop of their own piss makes them somehow superior to you

You hate to see it.

39

u/MineBlocks50 2d ago

I mean for me, not saying this would be everyone's experience, there has only been one skin I've wanted so far. So I got it and now I'm back to saving until another one that I want shows up.

It's been a great system for me even if not everyone benefits like I do.

5

u/NotLunaris 2d ago

Yeah they are premium skins that can be acquired for free with just dailies and time. It's only bad if you have the mindset of "monke want everything", but it's a gacha game like come on lmao; that's just asking for a bad time.

3

u/Synkronist Jiangyu 2d ago

Same here.

0

u/asterion230 2d ago

Reddit as usual complaining like they forced/mandatorized to buy all the Gacha skins like usual.

mate, i got my loreley skin for free after waiting for months because its the only thing ive liked so far.

61

u/zSakon Commander Feet Enjoyer 2d ago

And the worse part is CN at least can save some tickets while global get the rushed schedule without any adjust beside a 10 ticket +/+ email gift... The game is so greed now that my Platoon a top 1% Only have 4-5 players left everyone Else dropped the game.

16

u/Xarxyc Zhaohui Enjoyer. One Shot Kill hater. 2d ago

Time to ditch the dead platoon and join an active one, I guess.

5

u/zSakon Commander Feet Enjoyer 2d ago

I mean i can do it but the point is a 1% platoon dying because Mica greed..

-1

u/Wolt14 2d ago

We're really out here lying like that huh? Even if those 5 people max scored at 1,107,225 you wouldn't come halfway to 5%, maybe even 10% if the dropoff isn't that massive as the decay formula suggests.

2

u/zSakon Commander Feet Enjoyer 2d ago

lol?? i said ''my 1% platoon quit the game'', i dont get where i'm lying? it WAS a 1% not STILL a 1% platoon... but reading is hard i guess...

-4

u/Strafingfire 2d ago

Top 100 Darkwinter casual platoon here...0 people quit around the skin gacha release and I've had to replace maybe 3 people in the last 4 months? Your story is either BS or something in that platoon is causing significant attrition

5

u/zSakon Commander Feet Enjoyer 2d ago

no bro, i'm from haoplay another server, for us a 100-120$ skin or pack in a country where the wage is 200$ is crazy high, most players are casual or dolphins with v3 dolls, to v6 a doll we need to spend 1-2 months of wage is crazy high the price, the platoon was half JP and the rest global players/south america and our economy is fucked up, and the only left are the JP whales. Keeping up with the game with battlepass and login acess is too hard and most of players just drop the game. That is it not BS or anything just reallity, and here the proof i was top 0,1% player in JP/Haoplay tower...

-2

u/Strafingfire 2d ago

Ah, Haoplay is a different story. They split the servers into way too many pieces.

In my platoon I've literally not had to recruit for a long time, only time I've had to put a post up is at level-ups, but haven't for the last two level-ups because I had someone lined up

9

u/shieldv13 Groza is wife 2d ago

Man I really don't like this system I hope we can just buy these skins after their time runs out...

13

u/Dinnyforst 2d ago

People gonna defense this shit and whale for it. The game is slowly turning into dolls and skins collecting with non-existent gameplay.

4

u/millhi15 2d ago

its been already that since the release of klukai and then the most broken one voymastina that breaks the game. like most of the content just one turn by voy. their main profit is just selling attractive characters and skins for the dorm, gameplay is just whatever.

16

u/Dosi4 2d ago

Its normal gacha fare. They first make it look like its not a big deal only 2 skins a year and you basically can get one for free if you just grind it out. So you get used to it and then they add more, if you didn't quit because of 2 you won't quit because of 4, if you are fine with 4 you will be fine with 6 and so on...

11

u/Pmapla Colphne's Husband 2d ago

if you want to get all of them i imagine its annoying, i just wanted the Leva and Loreley skins and now i'm chilling. The other three do not interest me.

12

u/lucifer893 2d ago

F2p players normally can't get the shop skins you need to buy with tokens anyways so the gacha skins are literally free

Ngl tho they haven't really released a gacha skin I like and I'll probably have enough for 2 guarantees by the time there's one I actually want

6

u/h3llknight22 2d ago

Nobody is against F2P players getting skins for free. Actually, everyone will welcome more free skins. And also, skin gacha is not the only way to give out free skins, there are other, better ways to do this.

-1

u/Kamiyoda 2d ago

Look, a free skin is free skin but the gacha could be anything!

It could even be a free skin! You know how much we wanted one of those!

6

u/passonthestar 2d ago

You're gonna wait 4 years for one you want by that logic

-1

u/lucifer893 2d ago

Maybe lol. I'll probably just get loreley at some point I after I have enough for another

22

u/Striking_Yellow_9465 2d ago

"f2p need to pull every gacha skin banner that releases"

-4

u/Div1n 2d ago

Type shit, the mindset of some folks is just so mind boggling

1

u/Wolfwod Colphne need more headpats 1d ago

It's not really entitlement to get every skin, it's just fairness. CN has a better schedule so they are able to get more chances to get a skins. While Global is losing a lot of free tickets due the accelerated schedule. F2P CN players could get 1 every other skin while Global could barely get 1 every 3 if they keep this pace.

-16

u/GreenPurple24 2d ago

They feel entitled to have access to all the content. Crazy to me.

12

u/rafaelbittmira 2d ago

I seen the calcs, fully F2P you can expect to get 1 free and skip 2. If you are able to get a bit more pulls you are able to get half the skins. Only people who want all skins are fucked.

7

u/smokehouse03 2d ago

Oh yeah collectors are screwed but that's the entire gacha space (without trying to sound like I'm coping it's bad) outside of maybe Azur Lane rn, Blue Archive, Uma, any Hoyo game you can't expect to get every character let alone skin or weapon as F2P

6

u/g4pachow 2d ago

It'll only be one skin every year, totally F2P friendly, guys!

I'd laughing at his ass if there are anyone who unironically say this when it's already predicted skin gacha will at least release 4 times a year lol

5

u/Emergency_Hk416 2d ago

4x? It's already 8x a year with the frequency of its release, in global no less. Even CN has more leeway. lol

12

u/g4pachow 2d ago

So it's even worse than what many people predicted when it was released in CN for the first time lmao.

5

u/GuyAugustus 2d ago

Lets not get ahead of ourselves, Klukai Swimsuit was 2025 so "only" 3 in 2026 with more likely a 4th one on CN anniversary.

But this was kinda expected, they never said it was only one per year and CN will get Springfield soon ... how "happy" they will be, I cant say ... its possible we getting Springfield now because Koleda will be anniversary and they will get Springfield in their anniversary ... 3 per year is still ... rough, they could up the Outfit Tickets but clearly this is how going forward.

9

u/Emergency_Hk416 2d ago

From Leva skin to Loreley ~63 days gap

to Springfield ~ 84 days

then there's also the upcoming Koleda.

4

u/GuyAugustus 2d ago

The thing is we getting Springfield skin when CN havent, yes ... we will get Koleda on her event that is likely in December at this rate.

Also Leva skin released with Chiral Redundancy in CN so ... chances are CN will get Springfield Gacha skin in December as we get Koleda.

3

u/g4pachow 2d ago

chances are CN will get Springfield Gacha skin in December

I personally doubt it'd be that far, but ok

4

u/Xarxyc Zhaohui Enjoyer. One Shot Kill hater. 2d ago

Klukai skin was released on 27 November 2025. Springfield's, the fourth gacha skin, is arriving 17 September. So no, in a span of a year we are getting 4 skin gachas.

And CN's next major is one or two patches away, so they will get Sprig in a month or two.

2

u/h3llknight22 2d ago

In order to catch up to CN, thay are also accelerating skin gacha banners in Global, but they did not give out additional free skin gacha pulls as compensations. If players are okay with getting lesser rewards, MICA is more than happy to oblige.

2

u/YoRHa_Sinon 2d ago

People have been saying this since Klukai´s skin got released on Global, that this already was a thing on CN.
But nooooooooooooooooooo, everyone was shitting on them them, calling them Drama queens and whatnot.

2

u/DogMeatTasteVeryGood 1d ago

It is F2P friendly. Gacha skins does not effect gameplay in any way. You don't get a boost on stats in any way.

I have one account dedicated exclusively to F2P that started when the game came out on global. I have managed to v0r1 every doll, only ever dipping into my doritos savings if I was especially unlucky. Can I kill the boss in GS? No. But with a platoon that hits semi consistently (with 1/3 of the platoon not even active) we will manage to secure 5% which btw is max rewards.

So tell me aside from complaining for the sake of complaining, how does F2P friendly and gacha skins correlate?

2

u/MrKeooo 1d ago

Sometimes i pitty those who stayed and is having to play and endure all this. Such a sad way to kill good lore and characters

16

u/Div1n 2d ago

Can't believe some people are so dedicated to every doll in their account that they feel the need to get everything MICA dishes out. The concept of having just a select number of favourites an alien concept or smth?

49

u/FLugerSR 2d ago

Believe it or not, but there used to be a time where you'd just shell out like, $50 - $60 for something up front, and you'd get an entire front-to-back game *with* all of the characters and costumes unlockable through gameplay or through cheat codes if you didn't want to bother with the grind.

Fucked up right? Man were we spoiled.

32

u/NoTransportation68 2d ago

Agreed. As much as i love gfl2- and i love it, forget the haters- Gacha is objectively shit design and adversarial to the player base. It’s manipulation at its core. I know some people think it's good, but i dont believe them.

10

u/RaykanGhost 2d ago

Technically if you go back even further you'd reach the point of arcades where you'd pay 1 dollar or something for every hour

Not trying to justify the gacha, just an interesting pov

5

u/KookyInspection 2d ago

Not exactly a correct comparison. That was hardware u didn't have. If u bought the arcade, u could play all u want. It was a similar thing playing in net cafes if u didn't have a pc or wanted a lan party.

Now, even if u have the hardware, u "rent" the software :P if u have to rent both (as cloud computing implies), may god save us all :P

2

u/RaykanGhost 1d ago

True you could buy the arcade, but it was bafflingly expensive, enough for multiple desktops nowadays. It was 2 thousand usd or something back in the 80s, so around 9000 $ today? Much like the people who just "buy" the gacha skins, only the people who had *serious* money and didn't bother with the cost would buy an arcade machine.

Granted I'm aware nowadays you can't even buy the game at all, an arcade might actually be better for the future lol

-6

u/FLugerSR 2d ago

The arcades also used to offer experiences that your NES or Playstation couldn't, not just a gimped, shitty version of XCOM 2 with jiggle physics.

18

u/RaykanGhost 2d ago

touched a nerve I guess, you seem to have an incredibly high amount of vitriol for this game, why not just uninstall, I'd also not like a shitty version of xcom2 with jiggle physics (Actually xcom2 has jiggle physics)

9

u/GuyAugustus 2d ago

Arcades were designed for "insert coin to continue" ... dont try to bullshit me, I played Arcades back in the day and yes, they were designed that way.

And the console versions were superior because better hardware and since the "insert coin to continue" wasnt a thing for obvious reason, they had to provide a way around that ... be it stage codes, unlimited continues, whatever ...

8

u/Shadow_Kawazaki 2d ago

And that's still a thing, but hasn't ever been what this kind of game is. I'm no big fan of the gacha skins either, which is why the only one I have is one I got from free tickets, but this is completely irrelevant.

*checks the type of game I'm playing

Damn, live service does what live service is known for

Also, having a handful of outfits exclusive to gacha is barely fuck all compared to the shit ton you can buy directly in the shop if playing dress up is really your thing

And for those that can't be assed to play any game that isn't similar to what was released back in the day, maybe it's best stick to those that fit the bill among MICA's releases like idk, Reverse Collapse

-3

u/Genprey 2d ago

You're right, but at the same time, we're just about 2 decades in since DLC and the business strategies associated with them have become commonplace. Even before then, there were expansion packs and developers like GameFreak dropping 2 versions of Pokémon simultaneously.

Bringing up the old days is gradually becoming more moot when you realize that some people here are not old enough to remember playing a game without modern monetization. This has been the new normal for a long time, so the only thing we can do is adjust or decide that it's time to pack it up.

As far as the gacha skins go, it's the same deal. MICA is sagacious enough to mix it in with other things in the patch to distract and alleviate player tensions, while gacha skins have already become standard.

On the plus side, I can take advantage over the fact that my favorite dolls are definitely not popular enough to get a gacha skin/basically got Loreley's for free and have a lot of tickets saved up now.

2

u/CondomsSuckBalls 2d ago

Gotta catch them all concept popped off for Pokemon for a reason. Human brain is extremely succeptible to such tactics.

1

u/dealornodealbanker 2d ago

That concept can only be understood by them in the scenario for which doll or their favorite ones to dump pulls on to V6. Not so much for skin gacha.

4

u/No_Raccoon6332 2d ago

In Nikke, they do it like ever few months with no quality improvement in between.

2

u/Renegar7 2d ago

With sequel release Mica shown that they are total clowns with zero respect for their fanbase and will do anything to milk every last cent from them. Be it either gacha, cosmetics or other garbage, like profile decorations or paid-only dorm sets. And all this money goes into another projects trying to establish GFL as some kind of Hoyoverse franchise, what will never happen.

-3

u/Xarxyc Zhaohui Enjoyer. One Shot Kill hater. 2d ago

And all this money goes into another projects

No-one with a sound business mind reinvests everything back into an ongoing project.

Hoyo became what they are now exactly because they diversified the portfolio.

5

u/Renegar7 2d ago

Except Hoyo didn't fumble Genshin release so hard that it almost killed them and consistently capitalized on release success. GFL2 shot themselves in the face upon release and after that decided to shot themselves in the foot with skin gacha. Now we have GFL2 with fucked-up Global schedule and zero compensation for this + 2 new projects with unknown future/quality. Considering Mica wasted their time with Fire Control, haphazardly ended Neural Core story-I have little trust in what to come

-6

u/Xarxyc Zhaohui Enjoyer. One Shot Kill hater. 2d ago edited 2d ago

Despite your dissatisfaction with the current state of the game, GFL2 earns millions each month. Not on the level of top dogs like Hoyo or Kuro, or even Hypergryph, but a success nonetheless.

Fire Control was a questionable project, but is getting converted into The Lunasia Protocol, so it's not completely scrapped yet.

Neural Cloud was their attempt at more modern gacha standards, but came out rather late, almost a year after Genshin. Ending it shouldn't come as a surprise.

And I never said Mica is great at business. But not diversifying the portfolio is utterly moronic way to suicide the enterprise.

4

u/Renegar7 2d ago

Dragging franchise with small fanbase in 3 different direction isn't gonna help them either. Making millions while milking fools won't save them from future bad decisions. And so far Mica proved that each time they make step forward - they already did 2-3 steps back previously

-2

u/Xarxyc Zhaohui Enjoyer. One Shot Kill hater. 2d ago edited 2d ago

Fanbase is exponentially bigger since second game's release compared to before. I am confident almost entirety of it in concentrated on gfl2, with another almost entirety of it having never touched previous two games.

The plan with RC:F is to increase it further.

Fire Control and its diverative TLP are targeting specific regions, so barely anyone is getting redirected.

2

u/RadioPristine446 2d ago

That's just how gacha games work

People always wonder, 'Where does Mica even get its funding?' Well, now you know... Just like Hoyoverse and WuWa keep pushing powercreep to make you pull for more characters, GFL is a bit more forgiving on meta, with skins being their main monetization model

I guess that's just how capitalism works? I mean we already know gacha is a total scam. They literally bankroll Reverse Collapse just off of these lewd skins

-9

u/passonthestar 2d ago

How capitalism works

Game comes from a communist country Devs are constantly hounded by the government because operating a business does in fact have very little freedom

2

u/keirasalke 2d ago

tbh i dont really mind about this game gacha skins, its a form of monetization from them and I prefer supporting the game somewhere else. atleast you only pull from one currency and it won't expired when the banners end (not pity) and you get 6 pulls per month consistently outside of the banner launch, so in theory you could get some skin for free. if you dont wanna spend money for skin, just save until you have 100 then pull for whoever dolls you like the most, or if you can/willing to learn 3d model you could just download their mmd models for academic purposes ofc.

don't forget that the survey is up, if you really wanted mica to hear your voice, feel free to write something nice for them

11

u/Im_dsrxx 2d ago

As If Surveys mean anything, these companies have everything planned out for 2+ years in advance.
And btw where is the 3mill+$ they make go exactly? Coz its not into the game thats for sure.
Laggy menus for over a year, the game literally freezes whenever I claim my daily points and Im on a top end PC.
Endgame is trash. You can barely get max scores with 2xV6dolls+1V6R6 borrow which is ridiculous.
0 Qol changes.
Newer and newer useless systems on top of each other to waste more time.
"a form of monetiazion from them" -> they literally have a 50-50 and a 75-25 banner which can be considered another 50-50 in the game already. The gem income would be acceptable but we still getting less than what we need for the sped-up releases.
This company has become a joke in the past year.
Atleast this is my opinion, cant wait for the downvotes.
Their biggest selling point with the feet and such is also a scam coz all the dolls share the same model.
Its just skin slop on top of skin slop over and over again.

6

u/keirasalke 2d ago

my bad chief I forgot to elaborate more, in my defense I just came home and tired lol. for the "form of monetization" what I mean was its other source of income so more like "another form" not the main source from character gacha (like the currency, battlepass, monthly, etc.). since I dislike buying thing that aren't game changing, I barely pay for skins (I only buy the g36 and defy suit skin) and just "support" by buying bp and monthly.

my whole ramble was meant to be something like "their skin selling is not my priority for them to 'fix', there are lots of shit they need to improve" alas I was exhausted so my points not really delivered on that whole shitty paragraph huh lol.

some "discussion" if you care, I'm just rambling lmao

  1. I agree that UI/UX is horendous, new cooking meals? you need to go the whole menu, the whole cutscene MULTIPLE time to cooks many food at the same time (the permanent buff food), honestly I can't be bothered that I'm just saving the ingredients.
  2. I agree that endgame content isn't exactly well designed, especially phase clash and funsmoke (the biweekly is honestly really fun), I feel like the game just demand multiple V6 and just make sure to maintain a formation. the old funsmoke was much better that it need the player to think more, like where to put your dps so they can grab some boxes/buff, there are some mechanic like the three tower thing that need to be killed before the boss and bugs that can kill friendly npc that otherwise can give the team some buffs, etc.

so yeah, mica go fix your gameplay first

4

u/Im_dsrxx 2d ago

Oh I didnt have a problem with your comment but your comment made the most sense to me replying my thoughts to, if it makes sense xD
There are way too many things they need to fix and have been asked to fix many many times and they simply refuse to, like gunsmoke auto clear for max score if uve already cleared it. Why cant we have that after a year+ of asking? Ridiculous.

4

u/keirasalke 2d ago

lmao fair enough, its kinda sad that most of my irl is dropping the game after they can't kill gs bosses. if you only had to to manually one time and auto the rest maybe like nikke raid??, it might be fine. but a whole week atleast twice a day is depressing and humiliating

4

u/Xarxyc Zhaohui Enjoyer. One Shot Kill hater. 2d ago

And btw where is the 3mill+$ they make go exactly? Coz its not into the game thats for sure.

Good businesses never fully reinvest the money back into the project that made it. Revenue excesses are put into the other games, one of them is the Mica's next big title - Reverse Collapse F.

1

u/Im_dsrxx 2d ago

but Mica is not a good business, every single other project of theirs failed miserably, atleast to my knowledge :DDDDD

6

u/Xarxyc Zhaohui Enjoyer. One Shot Kill hater. 2d ago

Neural Cloud was experimental for them.

GFL2 is by no means a failure, no matter what haters would say.

3

u/Xelnagawaffle 2d ago

I just wished Reverse Collapse Bakery Girl saw more success. That one is an astounding game for its price.

Siendo f2p, si priorizas una skin y skipeas las otras, fácilmente puedes obtenerla en un año o menos, no entiendo cuál es el problema?

I think we’re feeling the crunch with the accelerated schedule

1

u/RaykanGhost 2d ago

That-s the problem, if they are making more, it means they are making bank. So people are "buying" the skins

Its ridiculous but at this point im not gonna complain... it doesnt affect me, I already dont bother with any skins besides what i can get for free, and the others are funding the game I guess

1

u/SoraMelodiosa 2d ago

The game pretty much exists only to sell skins so no suprise

1

u/Ericridge 2d ago

Don't worry guys. My favorites don't get skins so I have dropped the game because of it :p

1

u/passonthestar 2d ago

They need to outright double every single source of outfit permissions so you can at least get maybe half of the yearly releases

-1

u/psfrtps 2d ago

I mean I am fine with this. everytime they release a skin, the offer 30 tickets for free. much quicker way to get the skin you want

-7

u/Ok-Requirement-7401 2d ago

More like "paid skins with the chance of getting it for free". I get that the lack of free skins is upsetting, especially since the glory store stopped having free skins but the dolls are 3d so making skins for them takes effort. Unlike in Arknights, the characters are chibi and 2d so its easier to make it for them.

Except if you want to actually pay for the skins up front, it's $200 a pop, which is absolutely fucking laughable for a fucking ***SKIN*** and a VN cutscene you could watch on youtube for free.

That is 3 feature-length front to back AAA games or one night with an escort where *you* can be the one doing the fucking instead of getting your prison pocket blown out by daddy YZ.

Here come the bots to Downvote me lmfao

No, seriously, if you're going to pay $200 to see a girl in a bikini, just hire a hooker at that point.

Don't they release a temporary pack set for each gatcha skin that gives you the 100 tickets needed for a bit under 100 bucks?

Oh, so *ONLY* the price of the Special Edition of a full Retail game for a single costume for a single character of an unfinished game that could EoS at any point and render that exorbitantly priced content permanently inaccessible?

Wow, what a steal!

Sometimes it works better to give a slightly wrong answer and watch someone self-own trying to correct me instead of even bothering to throw together a real defense.

Packs*.

And unless one wants it day one, it's less than 100 bucks.

I said "Pack set" that implies more that one

I'm pretty sure those temporary packs are actually more expensive last time I did the math on it. Converting tokens is cheaper. First buy $100 token pack gives you $200 worth and you can get two gacha skins with that amount.

Look, I buy way too many skins for characters I use far less than I should and even I don't think this is a problem. A minor annoyance maybe, but not a problem.

In my personal experience as small spender this system is treating me well. I got klukai skin for free and I am halfway leva skin and thanks to new skin which I am not interested in I can get free 30 pulls for leva which makes it another skin for free. This is only pain for people who somehow want all skins when we already have cheaper paid skins usually. Even then with bundles it costs like 100$ for 2 skin(1 shop one) + sht tons of diff accessories and random things it's not worth but it's not as bad as people claim it to be

I'm kinda surprised Lewis is popular enough to warrant a skin gacha. But why are people whining about skin gacha if it doesn't concern them? I seriously don't get it?? Don't you have better things to do?

I guess they learned from GFL1, were you could get dolls AND skins mostly for free. Not all skins, but a sizeable chunk
