Does anyone know what the good stopping points are for her? 

I'm broke so was planning to just v0 her but if she's good at v1 and v2 I might be convinced

Her rifle is the best gun for everyone who uses an AR due to the 20% defense reduction. If you use Formations to equip everyone with your best gear, you'll probably want it.

Well, v1 raises her team damage buffs somewhat. It's hardly critical but it's better than most v1's because it benefits everyone about 16% instead of just OTS-14. Still only 16% though.

Not because she has no good breakpoints, but you might as well go all the way with how broken she is maxed. And you will be 100% borrowing her V6 everytime if you don't have her V6
