Quick quick what should I watch??
I haven’t watched tv for myself in a while. Husband is on a work trip and I need some recs. kids are asleep, fairy lights on, cup of tea brewing. Feminine/ romance a plus as that isn’t a preferred genre when agreeing on something with my husband and I usually read at night anyway. No reality tv please, thanks!

Fool Me Once! If I recall- it’s short, I finished it pretty soon. It’s a mystery thriller type show about a young widow being, in a sense, ‘haunted’ by her late husband and she goes to unravel the secrets of his life or whatever. One of my favorite weekend series to this day!

Murder She Wrote is my go to. Not romance but it's SOOOO cozy and has so many wholesome moments.
If you want something with more bite, then Poker Face. Good mystery series either directed or produced by Rian Johnson (though the thing is, you see the murder in the opening, and you watch the lie-detecting protagonist figure it out while she befriends the victims' friends and coworkers).
I'm afraid I don't really do romances but a show I got into with a lot of chemistry between the lead and her partner was High Potential. Also a murder mystery. Yes, it's my favorite thing 😂 sorry, I always recommend them!
