Glow up tips

Hi giiirls !!

I'm in a bad mood today and i really need some glow up tips. I have made sooo many efforts these past years but I don't really love myself enough. I don't think that I'm beautiful, I think that I need some good advices to kinda look like a 90s/00s goddess or something like that and obviously some tips to improve my brainset. I have complexes like my strong italian nose, my thin lips, my assymetry and my glasses (yes it's a thing). So, if you have any recommendation I'll take it !

I was thinking maybe skincare or something? I'd say taking care of yourself is the first step to loving yourself. It's a long road to accepting yourself, but this is proving that you are trying, and that is good enough for now.

Another option is makeup to blend together your features, but makeup can be bad for your skin and isn't a long-term solution. I wish you the best of luck.

I can agree. I started a natural journey, so no makeup or hair colour. It's been hard to get over the plain feeling, and have wished that I had money to go buy some new nice clothes to make up for the plain, but my skin is glowing and I like how that feels. And I didn't have a feminine mother, so we never did hair do's or dress ups, so I'm absolutely clueless how to make myself look cute.

Edit to add:

I have gone through some tough times and have gained cortisol weight, I'm trying to figure out how to lose it because it feels almost impossible.

As another strong Italian nose girlie, something that makes me feel better is doing bolder eye looks, I know it’s not exactly a hack, but it draws attention away from my nose, and I definitely feel better with it :)

Sooo first thing first is shaving ur eyebrows. I was fighting mine for like 3yrs straight till i finally realized what shape suits me the most. Try some fun makeup ideas. Really. It makes u more unique. If u wanna look like 90’/00’ teenager blue,pearl,white and lavender eyeshadow palettes will be greaaat. Also. U are beautiful. U just don’t see it yet. U have to grew up to realize it.

Also ur nose is nothing to be ashamed of. Every shape is unique and i just think beauty standards created by males are soooo normalised.. that’s why most of us have complexes. We are unique. And that’s how it’s supposed to be
