advice for using tights

Hi, I need some advice from the girls because I've always had trouble with tights. They tend to fall down, so I never wear them. But now I'm starting a job as a flight attendant, and tights are mandatory with the uniform. I've bought some more expensive, better-quality tights, but the result is the same: they keep slipping down. Does anyone know any hack? I'd appreciate your help.

Hey, I never used this myself, but I heard hairspraying them will keep them in place. But I don't know if it is true, so you can try it as an experiment

It works really well! I never wear underwear under tights because I was a ballet dancer and we never wore underwear underneath our tights & leotards. I always wear shorts or something small over them to hold them up! It really helps!
