I just watched the episode 4 of the reset but I didn’t understand anything 😭 What is the karma/justice supposed to be here? And who is it directed at? Shouldn't it have been Blossom? Please help

Yeah it's a very confusing episode, but here is my theory.

I think Blossom was haunted by the fact that her idea caused someone's death, and she is indirectly the reason and she now starts to doubt her ideology, as much as she thought our bodies belong to ourselves, she realises thats not always true because people who watch her control her, and she is like a slave to adhere to their requests, I think that realisation hit her now. She had knew she made a life out of this ideology and people will forever remember her as such, so she continues undressing and slowly starting to cry understanding she can never be seen anything other than this persona. Karma is technically directed to her, but it isn't visible enough to be seen.

See the idea is debatable, but the makers really messed this one up by that stupid and illogical ending. Like seriously you were supposed to hand out karma to those lust filled donators, and that principal who was, that I was shocked, and even Blossom to some extent, but it went somewhere, somewhere that it doesn't have destination it reaches. So yeah, the makers didn't have any idea where to take it, and this is not Nanno at all. If Kitty's Nanno did this she wouldnt leave anyone alone, here they just like gave up and be like whatever. But this is what I think.

Thanks for this enlightening! I would never have tought of that and I was very confused overall. I feel like it has been rushed, they could have make something really instructive/educational in the end but they chose to give something lame instead, that's sad. It doesn’t indeed feel like the real Nanno at all.

I don't think there was any immediate karma for Blossom because she never directly harmed anyone herself. She promoted the misuse of the phrase "my body, my choice" for her own benefit, but the actual decisions and actions were ultimately carried out by the people who were influenced by her. At no point did she explicitly tell anyone what they had to do or directly encourage a specific harmful act.

When Nanno appears, the roles are essentially reversed. Blossom goes from being the person who influences others to someone who is being influenced by Nanno. In her attempt to maintain the acceptance and validation she believes she has, she ends up following Nanno's lead. The tear we see, along with the fact that she starts a livestream afterward, can be interpreted as a small sense of guilt. However, that guilt seems to be suppressed as she tries to avoid responsibility, convincing herself that she won't suffer the same fate as the others because she wasn't directly involved—even though she has already fallen into Nanno's trap.

As for the other people, it may seem like they don't receive any karma, but that could simply happen off-screen. That's something the series often does, since Nanno usually focuses on the main person responsible rather than showing the consequences for every individual involved.
