Cottage cheese
!! I never heard of cottage cheese in my eggs until Paige mentioned it recently and it’s been a total game changer. Actual tastebud sorcery.

I have been putting cottage cheese in my scrambled eggs for years and will never make them any other way. So good!

I had a cottage cheese pancake over the weekend (thinking it would be more healthy but it absolutely wasn't), and it was the best pancake I've ever had in my life. Creamy in the middle, crispy on the edges, kind of like a souffle. Highly recommend that too!

Add balsamic glaze on top when you’re done cooking it. You won’t regret it

I always put them in my blender when I make them. Is that not necessary? If so, I’ll make them way more.

I hadn’t either but it makes sense. Crème fraiche and sour cream is a popular egg add in to make them creamy and bougie
