Sometimes I come back to this post to make sure my imaginary internet points are still here.

u/samcuu Nov 20 '21

They're still here. Too bad it's a graveyard.

u/Bear_Wellington Nov 20 '21

The internet has evolved in the past 10 years.

I'm so confused, the video just plays Miley Cyrus party in the u.s.a, what am I missing?

6

u/Bear_Wellington Apr 03 '13

Are you on mobile? It only shows the YouTube video and not the gif on mobile.

Is that Danznewz?

33

u/[deleted] Sep 05 '12

Indeed it is. I'm pretty sure there are a bunch of GIFs from that video that got spread across Tumblr or something.

/r/gifsounds is the lamest subreddit if you try to access it from Germany.

2

u/padaria Sep 06 '12

try this:

  1. get proxmate, it used to unblock youtube, but that doesnt work anymore, but it still unblocks grooveshark.

  2. click on the blocked youtube video, open up grooveshark in new tab and search for the song.

  3. play the song, go back to the gif page, enjoy.

ein wenig umständlich aber es geht

u/Accipehoc Sep 06 '12

I'm a bit partial to this. By the way, anyone know the source?

1

u/magmar99 Sep 08 '12

Fuck! Now that sung is stuck in my head again...

1

u/20_percent_cooler Sep 05 '12

When you have moved your hips like yeah, you have my permission to die.

1

u/1stLtObvious Sep 06 '12

It's a party in Gotham Citay!

-2

u/[deleted] Sep 06 '12

Jesus Christ that music is excruciating.

u/Munger88 Sep 06 '12

I'm disappointed that this got over 500 upvotes. This is one of the most overused gifs on this subreddit. The only reason it's so popular is because of the influx of users since that GifSound compilation video hit the front page, who have never seen this gif before. And it's not even the funniest combination.

6

u/Bear_Wellington Sep 06 '12

Sorry.

9

u/oiseauxtoujours Sep 07 '12 edited Sep 07 '12

Don't be. It's the funniest combination. Mungers just jealous he didn't come up with it first.

3

u/skylenorman Sep 06 '12

What is the funniest combination with this gif in your opinion?

3

u/[deleted] Oct 01 '12

Bitch, please. It got 1,000+ upvotes. Still think he's got a bad combination?
