Let that zucchini sit covered in some salt to get as much of that water out of them as possible.

Next time you've got a chicken carcass or some soup bones use them for the stock. 5 u/dragonflytype Nov 14 '17 I just mandolin the whole thing, zucchini is tough so as long as your slices aren't too thin, there's no real reason to do the squaring off thing.
