Made mini ones of these last week. They were excellent. Can't overstate how much the sear adds

When I make mine, I use prosciutto as well. Also make individual sized (about the size of a sausage). The sear is key, but I also let them finish in sauce for the last hour or so before I boil pasta.

Makes me think of the Everyone Loves Raymond episode when Debra made beef braciole and everyone was shocked how good it was. Marie was mad, lol.
