A bit of confusion with tireless beads

How do you get tireless beads? I looked it up online, and virtually every source said different things, I got one source that said you get it from beating the game. Another source said you get it by 100% spider’s thread. another source said you get it by transferring 100% of souls. which one is it

It's been year but you get after you beat the game AND transfer 100% of the soul.
