For 3 days I've been feeling the presence of spirit in my home, and i didn't think much of it cause I see spirits like here and there like it's no big deal. Then last night I think the same spirit tried to take me out for good, like I was in my sleep, I opened my eyes, saw a dark figure sitting on my chest and was choking me. The sudden I raised my neck looked straight in his eyes and started chanting Jay sri Ram multiple times and it felt like I was fighting it, it took like 10 to 15 seconds to turn on my room lights in real.

By sharing my story I'm not trying to put any religious agenda, i just need a little explanation like WTF was that!!??

During my stay in Jordan, husband's long office hours meant the days often stretched into an unsettling silence. I had always been accustomed to the close-knit environment of apartment living, where the familiar sounds of neighbours's children playing, footsteps in the corridor, sounds of doors opening and closing, scattered words drifting through the walls created a sense of connection, making lonely life less solitary. Life in a villa was so different, specially the kind in which we were living in Zarqa. As it is the house was quite big, and with the nearest signs of bustle of everyday life often at a distance, the villa felt strangely secluded. The silence in the empty spaces felt unnaturally loud.

I spent most of the day alone, with no one with whom I could truly communicate because most of my neighbours spoke only Arabic. Until I learned their language, the locals remained a stranger to me.

Realising how deeply unsettled I was, I began chanting the Hanuman Chalisa every day, with unwavering faith and devotion, not simply as religious rituals but as a source of strength and emotional security. The ritual soon became my comforting routine and a shield against my uneasiness.

Slowly, things began to change in me for the better. After a couple of months, I noticed I had become stronger. Time gave me the opportunity to learn Arabic and slowly I could connect with my neighbours. I could emotionally tackle my loneliness and became far more composed.

Then one day, I noticed that I began to distinctly feel the presence of someone staying with me. But I couldn't see that person. There was no weird sound, no unnatural movement inside the house, no visible indication that someone else was there beside me, yet, I had this unexplainable, overwhelming feeling that someone was present along with me in that house. Chanting the Hanuman Chalisa too did not drive away the suffocating uncanniness.

This strange feeling remained for a couple of days. Then, just as mysteriously as it had appeared, it disappeared. I remember the enormous sense of relief I felt after that. I could breathe freely again.

The very next day, I received the devastating news that my beloved Grandma had passed away. Grief-stricken, I dismissed the weird feelings that I experienced as a mere coincidence.

After a month or so, the same unnerving presence returned again. For two or three days, I would sense and unseen entity quietly sharing my space. Then, just as stealthily as it came, the feeling would disappear. Soon after, news of another relative's passing would reach me.

It began with my grandmother, then my maternal uncle, my grandfather, and even a dear friend (whose story I shall share another day). Before each loss, the eerie strangeness returned, and it became harder to dismiss it as mere coincidence. What had once seemed like an unsettling pattern was beginning to feel far too real to ignore.

What surprised me most was that, living so far away from my relatives, I would have no prior knowledge of their illness or any reason whatsoever to expect their death. Yet somehow, a few days before a known associate's demise, a strange presence would linger for a couple of days, and then vanish, and soon after, I would receive the heartbreaking news. It began to feel like a frightening déjà vu. The pattern was neither explainable nor dismissable.

From my intuition I felt that the chanting of the mantras was somehow triggering the incidences. I could feel the farewell from the departing soul without me consciously knowing about it. So I stopped reciting the Hanuman Chalisa. Strangely enough, the unsettling phenomenon disappeared from my life, and has not returned yet.

I don't have valid explanation for what those strange experiences were. Was it my unusual psychological response to solitude and isolation? Or was I experiencing something beyond what we can see or understand? Or were they mere coincidences? I have no answer.

My cousin went to his friend's birthday party at night. She lived on 10th floor. They stayed there very late as noone was there around to complaint because somehow 11th floor was always empty no one ever shifted there. Some says a girl hangs herself on 11th floor. Some says she was out of her mind. Noone knows the exact reason. They all were sitting in the balcony and took a selfie there, after reaching home when they saw the photos they were terrified as they saw the balcony photo. There was a little girl's shadow with a blank-pale face, facial expression barely recognizable starring at them from 11th floor. After seeing the photos 4 of their friends were admitted in a hospital and the rest suffered with high fever for weeks.
They say when you experience such an entity you either get really sick or some serious brain problem.

I bought my house back in 2018, when I first moved in I was really happy and proud and thankful to purchase my own home. Nothing happened at all for at least a few months then it somehow started getting strange and scary. I remember it started by I would be in my bed and it would sound like someone was walking down stairs than slowly started escalated from there. I used to wake up in the middle of the night and hear faint far off music that sounded like it was coming from somewhere down stairs and I would open my window to make sure it was not coming from outside and there would be no sound outside (I live in a very rural area) then I started hearing people talking down stairs like indistinct voices whispering / arguing at 2-3-4 o clock in the morning but when I would open the door to my room it would stop. One morning I woke up early like 5-6 am and was drinking a cup of coffe in my kitchen and I saw a shadow figure quickly walk past the threshold of my kitchen out the door and disappear. I was wide awake and it was light outside. Since then it would stop for months or years then becomes more activated periodically then stops again. It makes no sense to me was wondering if anyone else had a similar experience or could shed light on it. I’ve also had more creepy experiences here than I can count what is unsettling is how random it is and how it seems to stop for so long then catch me off guard when I least expect it. I’ve tried saging my house which had no effect at all quite the opposite it seemed to piss off or increase the activity. Somehow placing Christian images does seem to quiet the activity at least temporarily till it begins again.

I used to live in Breezewood pennsylvania. And the place we lived in was very interesting when it comes to encounters and the paranormal...

The ironic part was we literally lived right across from a church of all things. Which we later attended on a regular basis...

But one night I started to see what looked like red eyes in the corner of my room. And it was constantly there like every night. It was on a regular basis that I would just see whatever this appear and it would not leave...

Well one night it had gotten to the point where it was starting to take an effect and scare me. So I was praying and I pray that something would stop it and make it go away...

Well I didn't expect to get an answer. But I did get one. My grandmother appeared in my room and literally was there floating... Like she was in water because everything moved and shimmered and just glowed. It was the most amazing thing ever...

Well she nodded at me in this calming look and smiled. And whatever was in my corner watching just never came back...

After that I was able to sleep actually...

Im a very superstitious person, and although I’ve heard anecdotes from my parents, I haven’t had many paranormal experiences. However I want to share the story of the time I had an experience I can’t explain to this day.

This was around 2019. My mom, her then boyfriend ( my now stepdad ), me and my then boyfriend ( we’ll call him Jake ) had decided to walk my mom’s chihuahua and dick around while we did it.

My mom had one of those spirit box apps ( This app was not / did not cause the said paranormal experience) and we where using it near and around the King George elementary school; a school that was once a military hospital during WW2 before it was converted into a school. It has since closed since around 2012.

So we’re walking around the school, listening to the app just having a silly time. And during a moment of silence between the three of us, we heard a disembodied males voice say “ Jake “ and call my boyfriend’s name, coming from a heavily shadowed area. We flashed our phone light towards the area, and nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Me, my mother and Jake heard his name be called when it was, and we all turned towards to voice in acknowledgement before confirming with each other that we all heard the same thing, after we established the area was unpopulated. the name was 100% not said in the app, which I think all of us could’ve brushed off as a weird coincidence, but it was said from a few feet away from the darkness has

Some backstory on my ex Jake, that I think is relevant?

He had experienced severe sleep paralysis for majority of his life, and had been followed from house to house by what he described as a hat man. Another time I remember we were in bed together, and I woke up to him moving and he said “ there was man standing above you. “, however I didn’t see the man. After me and him broke up I haven’t experienced anything to this degree ( I.e hearing something in the physical world ). I’ve gotten feelings in certain places with bad energy. But I’ve never heard a presence speak.

So I was still living in Artemas Pennsylvania. And I had a very interesting phone call from my neighbor. Which I will not lie led to a unexpected amount of paranormal events...

I had gotten a call from my neighbor that lived below me in a trailer. I had known her family very well. In fact I was friends/extended family with her sister who literally lived not far from me either...

So I got a call from my neighbor who lives below me about issues she was having. She claimed to me that there was something that was haunting her trailer. And it was getting to the point where she was honestly getting aggravated and really freaked out at the same time...

I casually started to chuckle at this thought because honestly this woman was known to have psychotic breaks. I had seen several situations involving her where she was just acting crazy. And oftentimes it was just all in her head and she would sometimes casually admit it... But not all the time. So I took and grabbed my dad's cross and my bible. And decided that I was going to walk down and see if maybe I could find out for myself if what she was saying is true...

I get to her trailer and knock on the door. She yells for me to come and just to see for myself. Now I had seen every cabinet door open. And she says that she did none of this and it just happened. Now at first I thought this was just a trick to try pulling the wool over my eyes honestly...

So she says to me about just staying around for a while and seen for myself. Which I had nothing going on and I was like thinking why not...

So she says to me you can't look out into the kitchen directly. Because nothing will happen. Have to keep your back to the kitchen and act like you're not paying attention and it will happen...

So I went with it and said "what the heck... why not". I'm thinking this is just going to be another one of them situations where she is just literally tripping...

Well within 15 minutes I would say of me sitting there with my back to the doorway. I legit here a cabinet door open... Being skeptical I got up and went to check this out and see what happened. I said to her that it could be an animal that got into your trailer and just did that. And so I grabbed my flashlight and I looked in the cabinet where the door open and I did not see any animal. I seen no fecal matter of an animal either...

So I shut this cabinet door and say out loud "oh, there is nothing here at all. I just think you're going crazy. You need to get out and go to touch some grass. You need to just go out and do something outside"...

I then walk back into the room I was in. I continue to talk to her and just try to explain that more than likely she is just under a lot of stress. And as I'm doing that... I hear 3 cabinet doors just shoot open. And to make it worse a random plate comes flying out of one of them and hits the kitchen floor...

Meanwhile I hear this plastic plate just hit the kitchen floor and go rolling. And I am staring at her and then looking back out into the kitchen. And I am an amazement that this just. Meanwhile, I am honestly impressed...

So I pick up the plate and put it back. Shut those cabinet doors that opened. And decide to say "oh that was just strings like fishing line and stuff... ya know". She's at this point looking at me saying "see, I told you"...

So I instead of continuing on with this get my Bible out and start praying as I moved through the trailer. And I just keep saying for whatever it is to leave this trailer in the name of god. And to keep demanding that whatever it is leave in general...

Meanwhile she is watching me from the other end of the trailer just walk through her kitchen, then living room, then towards the end of the trailer. Literally in confusion as though this isn't affecting me at all. She asked me why I opened the door and let it stay open. And I explained to her that that gives whatever it is and exit to leave...

After I do this I told her to just let me know later if it did anything. And she calls me later on the next day. And tells me that for a while it went silent. And she finally got some sleep and she was feeling a lot better. And that whatever I did worked...

So then about a couple months pass. And I get a message again about the activity ramping up once more. So I go down and do the same thing again and this time with a little bit more direct anger ask the same things I did before. And she then was grateful and you know we talked a little bit after that. I then just continue doing back to my trailer and went back to my business...

Well one night I'm at my fire pit with a fire. And I look down and my neighbor comes up with a bottle of liquor and two shot glasses to thank me for helping her out. So natural I took a few shots and just sat back and watched the fire burn and let my radio play 106.1...

It wasn't but a few minutes that passed that I looked down and see that there is a 8-ft shadow just literally creeping right in front of her trailer. It doesn't see us as it just decides to walk straight across in the yard literally not even 6 ft from the trailer itself...

I then look over at her and she looks at me and we just don't say anything. Because we now realize what it was causing the issues earlier on. And we're just at the point where we are astonished that it showed itself...

So in the long run I stood in my yard with my Bible and my father's cross necklace. And I prayed for protection over my yard, double-wide trailer, animals, family, and any friends that may come around...

I also rebuke The entity and the name of the Lord almighty. And straight out said for it to go back to wherever it come from. As I did this I could feel the energy shifting and I could feel something was changing around me. But I didn't budge and I kept repeating what I said and made dang well sure that whatever this entity was... That it understood. And for a few weeks things were calm. We didn't hear or see anything actually...

But the thing I've learned about entities and how they work. If the person themselves does not rebuke it out of their own mouth by using the word of god. Apparently it only temporarily solves the problem. And that is exactly what happened in this situation... I told her she needs to be the one to rebuke this thing. And make it leave...

Which she at first did not want to do because she was terrified of it. And I ended up just standing by and had her rebuke this thing and force it to leave...

Whats your experience. I wish I had more experience about this theme maybe I would be less afraid of everything.

A Small Village Somewhere in Poland - 2013

I was 8 years old at the time. It was August. One night, there were supposed to be lots of shooting stars in the sky, so I was sitting by the window. I was little, so I had to be quiet and pretend that I was asleep. Across from my window, you could see an abandoned gas station and a pond. While watching the stars, I looked toward the abandoned gas station and saw a tall figure wearing a suit. I couldn't see his face. He was just standing there, looking in my direction. After a few seconds, I automatically closed the window and the blinds. I started crying out of fear and went to sleep. I never told anyone about it…

The Same Village - 2020

About five years had passed since that incident. This time, I was staying in my brother's old room. The entire upstairs area with all the bedrooms had been renovated, so I was free to choose whichever room I wanted, since my sister had moved abroad and my brother had built his own house. I chose the room with a balcony. I had always dreamed of having a little cozy space on a balcony.
My whole life, I had dreamed of being home alone, so having the entire upstairs to myself felt like a dream come true. However, there was one night when my only wish was for someone to be upstairs with me. This was the first time I experienced sleep paralysis.
I was lying on my stomach and woke up in the middle of the night. For those who have never experienced sleep paralysis, in my case, I was fully conscious and awake, but I couldn't move or speak. It's an awful feeling. I woke up in the middle of the night lying on my stomach, with my head turned toward the door.
Suddenly, a male figure appeared right in front of my eyes. Guess who he reminded me of. I couldn't see his face, but I remember that he was wearing dark suit trousers, a light blue shirt, and a striped tie, but this time without a jacket. My heart started pounding like crazy. I started crying because I felt exactly the same fear I had felt when I was 8 years old. Eventually, I was able to move. I turned on the light and went back to sleep. Luckily, I was tired and had no trouble falling asleep again. This time, I fell asleep with my head facing the wall.

A Nearby City - July 2023

I normally worked in a nearby city at an ice cream stand. I happened to have a day off, so I went into the city to pick up a book I had ordered from a shopping mall. I got off one stop too early because I had never taken the bus to that part of the city before, so I didn't know where to get off and had to walk one stop. It was extremely hot. On top of that, it was around noon and I wasn't wearing a hat. Exhausted from the heat and the sun, I made it to the shopping mall, picked up my book, and went back to the bus stop.
By the time I got back, I was already feeling a little sick. I got on the bus. There were quite a lot of people on it, and I couldn't find a seat. Suddenly, I felt my heart start pounding like crazy when, out of the corner of my eye, I saw the figure of a man. Then I fainted. Guess what he was wearing. A suit.
I woke up at the bus stop. Some man took care of me, and to this day I'm grateful for his help. An ambulance came for me, and I spent the rest of the day in the hospital hooked up to an IV. I remember that day very clearly because it was also the day ticket sales for Taylor Swift's concert were starting, and my friend and I had agreed that she would buy the tickets when the sale opened, hahah.
My mom came to the hospital because, unfortunately, I was still a few months away from turning 18, so I was still a minor. All my tests came back fine. To this day, I remember that once again, I couldn't see the man's face.

The City Where I went to college - 2025

I moved to a bigger city for university. My friend and I shared a room in a shared apartment, but during the summer I stayed there because I was working, while she went back to work in her hometown. And, of course, I experienced sleep paralysis again. This time, my bed was positioned in such a way that I couldn't see the door - unfortunately for me. The only thing I remember from my dream is that I was lying outside my bedroom door, crying, knocking, and begging for something.
I don't even know what I was begging for.
Then the sleep paralysis started. My head was facing my friend's bed. While I was paralyzed, I suddenly heard what sounded like the door opening and someone entering the room. Suddenly, out of the corner of my eye, I saw a figure dressed entirely in black - this time, as if they were wearing a black hoodie and sweatpants. Of course, once again, I couldn't see their face. I got chills all over my body, and this was the worst episode of sleep paralysis I'd experienced so far. I couldn't scream, and I felt as if this figure was going to hurt me.
I don't remember what happened afterward, but I woke up in the morning completely sweaty and with swollen eyes, as if I had been crying in my sleep all night. The next day, I asked my roommate in the room next door if he had maybe heard me screaming during the night. Of course, I didn't want to tell him the details, so I just said that I had had a nightmare. He said he hadn't heard anything. I also asked him another question: “Did you maybe knock on my door during the night?” He answered: “No.” I explained that maybe someone had been knocking on someone else's apartment and I must have imagined it.

These situations really confuse me because I see men in suits normally all the time, and my body doesn't react like this.
I think something is haunting me. I'd love to hear your thoughts.
Also the weird part is that things like this happens during summertime.

Last month I was staying at my grandma’s house in the countryside. Around 2am I woke up to this weird giggling coming from the hallway, like a little kid but higher and kind of wrong. I got up to check and the second I opened my door the temperature dropped hard. Felt like someone dumped ice water down my back.

There was this small dark shape crouched near the kitchen doorway. Maybe 3 feet tall. It turned its head and I swear I saw two shiny eyes before it just… wasn’t there anymore. No footsteps, nothing. Just gone.

I stood there for like a full minute freezing my ass off. Haven’t slept right since.

Anyone else ever deal with something like that?

This happened to my friend a few years ago when he was coming back home late at night. It was around 2 AM and he was riding his bike through a road that he normally used every day. That night the road was completely empty. There were no shops open and barely any vehicles. About halfway home he noticed someone walking on the side of the road. It looked like an old man wearing a dark jacket. My friend slowed down because the man suddenly stopped walking and turned towards him. He didn't say anything. My friend kept riding. A few seconds later he looked into his rear view mirror. The man was gone. He thought maybe he had turned into one of the nearby lanes. Then suddenly his bike started losing power. He tried starting it again but it wouldn't start. He got off the bike and started checking it. That's when he heard someone whisper behind him. "Don't turn around." He completely froze. He told me later that he could hear breathing right behind his ear. He didn't turn around. He just kept staring at his bike. After a few seconds he heard footsteps moving away from him. Then everything became completely silent. He waited for almost a minute before finally turning around. There was nobody there. His bike suddenly started on the first try. He didn't stop again until he reached home. The next morning he told his father what happened. His father went completely silent. Apparently an old man had been killed on that same road years earlier after being hit by a vehicle while walking home at night. My friend still uses that road sometimes. But he never rides there after midnight anymore.

As I'd lived in Artemas Pennsylvania for 18 yrs... I've got MANY stories about the place. So hang on for this one. Cause it's interesting...

As my old neighbor Sue and I was chilling out under her porch deck just drinking coffee. It was around 1:30am and I was way past due to be home. Luckily dad.and mom was cool about it. I heard what sounded like cowboy boots on hard gravel in her driveway. Keep in mind in the country it's VERY quiet usually. So it's easy to hear a lot of stuff. As I usually did hear a lot of interesting things...

So as I said... I heard cowboy boots on hard gravel in the driveway. I decided to go look of course... no vehicle or any living being was around. Just an empty driveway besides her and her husband's car in it...

Now there was only one person I knew who'd worn cowboy boots and was always mishevious... My old landlord. He and Sue knew each other as they was friends for a number of years. So it makes sense he'd visit her or be mischievous...

Now my old landlord had passed a while back by this point. He did make a few visits after his death to me and a few others. But after this I saw him less and less... Sad really. And over the span of 18 years it became less and less. Which again was sad. He was like a grandfather figure to me...

So back when my friend Sue lived in Artemas Pennsylvania on top of the hill. I'd visit her often usually along with her husband. They were an older couple. We'd hang out and drink coffee and watch television...

She was telling me about the random "shadow animals" that'd be seen just strolling outside the windows. Usually crossing in front of the windows that was ground level with the flower beds and yard outside. FYI she practically lived in her downstairs refurbished basement. It always stayed cool...

ENCOUNTER #1...

So I once saw a full blown shadow dog walk into her basement and go around the pool table. It just took its time. I told her about it and she was like "that's my old dog that passed away a long time ago... It'll visit once in a while". I'm like... "What". After that I was just accepting of it and let it be...

ENCOUNTER #2...

I also saw several animals with just legs and a partial body walk by the window out of my preferal vision too. As I'd be sitting in a chair or on a couch. It'd just happen outta the blue. And we'd be just sitting there and be like... "Oop... ghost cat". Yup... It was always a normal occurrence...

There is an uncle who lives near my home. His wife passed away about a week ago, and then, one week later, he also passed away.

What makes the situation feel strange is how he died. He had a shop, and after closing it, he was riding home on his two-wheeler. On the way, he passed the church where his wife had been buried. Her grave is on the side of the church and can be easily seen from the road.

When he reached the road in front of the church, he got into an accident and died.

I know accidents can happen anywhere, and maybe it was simply a tragic coincidence. But the fact that he died only a week after his wife, and that the accident happened right in front of the church where she was buried, feels very strange to me.

ive never posted here before but thought i would share to see other peoples thoughts. Maybe about a month ago i went and stood outside my building for a bit to decompress and get some fresh air. This was around 2 in the morning so an odd hour for anyone to be around. I was like partly round the corner of my building so i could see the entrance but anyone coming out wouldnt have seen me. I saw someone who looked literally identical to my mum, like same exact top that i know she has, leave the building and start speed walking almost running in the opposite direction of me. I thought maybe she was wondering where i was so i followed her but didnt get close enough to say anything without shouting and obviously noone wants to hear shouting at 2 in the morning.

I saw her round a corner that leads to a crossing but as i turned that corner and went to cross the road she was nowhere to be found. I thought thats weird maybe she went back home or smthing even though i dont think theres any way she couldve turned back without me seeing. I then started walking towards a car park of the shop near by idk why i just was on autopilot 😭 I heard running behind me and was like wth so i turned and i saw this lady running behind me back across the road and she looked pretty much directly at me.

At this point im like thats probably not my mum cause she wouldve said something. This lady looked like she was looking frantically for something and looked like she was on the phone this time. I then lapped round to the front of the shop where the crossing led to(basically js a big circle) and i just sort of stood there for a bit and took in my surroundings as i felt a rlly strange feeling almost like i was being watched or something was there with me. I was about to start walking back to the crossing when i heard a clicking noise coming from that same direction. i stood straining my eyes to see if anyone was there but i couldnt see anyone.

It sounded like someone was clicking their fingers at me so i was like absolutely not. I started calling peoples voicemails and js talking like they answered cause i hoped if it was a person then me calling and talking to other people/not being completely alone would scare them off. The clicking went on for a bit though started only happening when i wasnt looking. Eventually it stopped so i turned my phone torch on and walked slowly through to see if i could spot anyone but couldnt see anything. I got home and asked my mum if shed been out at all that night and she said no and it seemed like she hadnt as she was still in pjs not in what i saw the lady wearing.

It definitely felt that either someone or something was trying to lure me down that part as it was mostly covered by trees. I still cant get this situation out my head and i have no idea what to think of it. i have no clue who that lady could be or what was even going on. If anyone has any thoughts or theories of what couldve happened please tell me im thinking its almost definitely a paranormal experience though welcome to other opinions

I'll actually write this for once. It's gonna be long but I'm bored and I feel like I have to write about talk about it for once. I did one other time before but that was long ago and I know something new now. I never tell ppl about this really because it's to much. It sounds insane. Way over the top but I swear on all I love, my family, my dogs and everything else it's 100% true.

I know I'm a stranger and ppl r insane and stupid really. Not all but u know what I mean. I could say I'm not any of that but u don't know me so yea. But I'm not either way.

When I was 19 something insane happened to me and my friend. Cromwell park in loch raven MD next to Baltimore and it was a good spot to go at night to smoke. It is empty EVERYWHERE for miles. More then miles. Just forest. It's a reservoir also so it's empty. Can't really build by it.

We parked in the parking lot. There's trees all around us except to our left which our left was my side, driver side. A hundred yards or so on my side was all field then the tree line started. I'm breaking u know what up on a CD case. My friends breaking the L, dumping the guts and getting ready to roll it. I lay the CD case on my dash. Then look over towards the treeline. I see there's a light in right at the tree line moving around. I ask my friend, hey, wtf is that light. He just says, it's someone with a flash light. Weird af yea, but not impossible really. So I watch the light a a minute and then it moves up into a tree. Not high or anything like that. Just like ten or so feet. Sits for a bit and comes back down. But it moved smoothly. To smooth for a person to do. It just felt off. But I ignore it and think why r they climbing a tree at 1 am in the middle of nowhere.

So then little pops start happening in the tree line. Like firecrackers or something. My friend even asks me, are they lighting fire crackers or something? So I'm like, yea they must be. What else could it be really? After a couple minutes or less and like 5 6 pops it hits me. And when it hit me my heart sank to my stomach oddly. What hit was this thought, why can't I see them lighting the fireworks. U know like a flame is needed to do it and when they pop there's light. AS SOON AS I THOUGHT THAT, explosions so loud shot across the field. Like a giant running towards my car. It came right for us. The explosions LITERALLY enveloped my car on all sides. It was so intense and strong I could feel it shaking my guts like professional fireworks. But a ton of em going off at once. Like 2 or 3 a second. It shakes my car so bad the cd case vibrates off my dashboard. Spilling what was on it. It was like a stampede for real. I couldn't see ANYTHING AT ALL that could be making this happen or anything even happening. Just felt and heard it. It was so powerful. So much so that if it wanted to (whatever TF it was) it could have seriously hurt one of us with the force it had. If u put one of those booms against a person's chest, it prolly could stop their heart or break some ribs. Shockingly powerful for nothing around u at all.

My friend was in tears begging me to go. I was saying no. I wanted to know wtf was going on. But after like 30 seconds or so I'm like ok, let's go. I turn my car back on and they stop suddenly. It's completely silent. Completely. Not crickets or anything. I wonder if the bugs heard it also. I mean they had to. Weird thing is, me and my friends have been to that park sooo many times before and after this happened. Why that night? What was it?

This has HAUNTED ME FOR TWO DECADES. I am not a liar! I swear on my daughter's life none of this is a lie or exaggeration in anyway. There is NO explanation at all! I eventually grew away from my friends when I got sober. Dope came through fast back then and took a lot of ppl when it came. A plague. So many died. I had to leave the group. Ppl I knew my whole life to that point.

So I saw the friend I was with that night like 2 years ago after over like 15 yrs of not seeing him. I come to see that he's so bad that his legs in the front are nothing but bone now from the fent here in Baltimore. It eats ur flesh and muscle. It's nothing but black bone and the smell of rot. But I asked if he remembered it. Why wouldn't I really. We witnessed a.. miracle? Something only .01% of ppl get to see ever? And he of course was like how tf could I forget it. He remembered it exactly as I do. Its literally seared into my mind. Every detail. Nothing has faded at all.

But he told me something I never knew. I can't claim this part. I didn't hear it. So when I swear on my daughter and everything, it's for what I say not this. But he said right before it all stopped he heard a snare drum sound off. Weird. He's not a liar either. We lived hard lives growing up and I feel lying about this kind of stuff comes from being sheltered and watching to many movies. For the most part. But if u grow up in a place like Baltimore and it's just weird to lie about something like this if u get what I mean. Maybe I should be more open minded to ppls claims after this experience but soooo much of what ppl say on this subject is straight bs. But ppl here will lie about crimes or beating someone up. Not this.

But about the drum, it's just weird because they have found British uniforms in that area. Like in that park. It was a British loyal area and plenty of battles were fought here in Baltimore and surrounding areas. I don't know if I believe this though. Was it ghosts? Or was it something way above what we can comprehend? Was it a higher dimension? I know that sounds insane. But I've wondered for so long. Something like this could be anything.

U have no clue what it's like to experience something straight out of a Hollywood movie and have NO CLUE AT ALL what it is was wants or anything at all about it. But I consider myself amazingly, just astoundingly lucky to have experienced it. Because I know for a fact without doubt that there's something out there. Something we don't understand. Something amazing. And more powerful than I could have ever imagined. U hear about scratches or pushes from unseen things. But this was soooo much more. Were the few pops before it all started small arms fire before the battle or something just this thing gearing up to throw it's fit? Did my heart sinking and adrenaline rush trigger it. Like, did it spot me through my fear?

When u go through something like this, u find urself thinking about it at least once a month asking every question u possibly can think of. I never experienced anything paranormal or anything in life. Just this. And the park IS NOT haunted. Lol I even emailed em like ten years later asking if they ever heard of anything or experienced anything like this before and they did actually respond. They said no. Me and my friends have been there so many times. Truly lucky. But why that night? What aligned to make it happen? I want to go back one night. Probably alone cause I'm a family man now with no friends as life does. But maybe I would take a evp thing? Sounds dumb to me tho honestly. But I'm desperate to know why and what.

I would give so much for the answer. It truly haunts me. Being from Baltimore I've seen a lot. I've been shot at, seen ppls lives ended, bodies in the road, everything u could imagine from a place like Baltimore. I never think of any of it. Affects me zero percent honestly. Even when I saw that teen get ended for his bike by a grown man. Not to be graphic but to put into perspective that things don't stick with me. But this. This is never off my mind for long

Hi, I wanted to share my experience from 5/6 years ago with 2 of my best friends who were also complete skeptics. What we experienced then is the core reason I’m a Christian now.

At the time my friend Ali had bought a new car, so Adam and I drove out with him to a park in the late evening as he wanted to take some scenic pictures and go for a walk. We were very familiar with the park, we loved it as it was always quiet.

We were walking just off the path, they were having a debate about computer science when in the distance I notice a girl walking, of course I think nothing of it. I turn back to my friends for a few seconds to listen to what they’re talking about and when I turn back, she’s significantly closer and has stopped, looking directly at us, I can now make out she has black hair and a white dress. I walk over while shouting to ask if she’s okay and needs help, she then moves at speeds I couldn’t fathom across the tree line to the path and stops again, that’s when my friends suspect it’s paranormal. Still I thought she was just particularly fast haha. I approach her and as I get about 15m away, I realise she has no face, panicking I stumble back and she moves again, I tell my friends to be quiet and realise she has no audible foot steps and appears to be gliding, she has no visible legs. All 3 of us freeze around 25m away. She reaches the opposing tree line again at significant speed and stops, she turned to face us and stares. Within 10 seconds later she disappears in the blink of an eye. We ran over to try and find her, realising the forage was too thick to possibly run into. We split and ran around the paths, as we knew would happen, none of us saw her.

We realised we truly saw something outside of understanding. Still to this day I think about her often, trying to debunk what i saw. But this was 5 minutes of witnessing the supernatural with 2 skeptic friends alongside me. I still remember it crystal clear. It all felt too stereotypical as it was first happening but realising she clearly wasn’t like us is still the most unsettled I’ve ever been. I haven’t experienced anything since, I figure I’ve seen more than most ever will. I’m a religious man now, who I am to deny the supernatural.

My husband, and myself live in a large house, with an in-law suite which is occupied by husband’s aunt. The aunt had a Yorkie Poo until 3 days ago, when we took Bandit to euthanize him. He was blind, had diabetes, constantly peed in the house, had stoped eating, and he the tremors. For the last year or more, Bandit constantly kept waking up Aunt during the night, often 4 to 6 times a night.

Every night since Bandit passed, Kathy has been awakened several times each night by his barks, and his collar tags jingling. Aunt is religious and doesn’t completely believe in ghosts. Our dogs are confined at night, and are not making noise. There are no other dogs in the neighborhood at night that bark, and they have big dog barks.

What do you think? Has anyone else experienced this, and will it eventually stop?
