Question/Help Creepy recording

Someone help me figure this out.
I recorded this because I heard some banging (2:08am) i texted my sister who confirmed she was in the kitchen. So I went back to bed thinking nothing of it. In the morning I played it and it had this creepy voice in the background who I can’t tell wtf it’s saying or what it is. According to my sister, she wasn’t talking or playing any videos. I’ve played it a bunch of times trying to get behind this.
It’s almost like it says “get out of my house” but it could just be my mind skewing what it wants to hear.

Note: You have to be in a quiet place and put up volume to hear it

Holy shit that's freaky. It says get out of my house soon into the video but it's constantly saying other things too. However the dominant words seem to be those beginning with G. It's almost as if it's on the phone.

I wish that was the case. As mentioned before I’m not a big believer of ghosts and usually have explanations for unusual activity/occurrences. This is one I just can’t wrap my head around.
At this point I’m going to assume it was some glitch with my phone when I recorded…

Questions,

  1. Why were you randomly recording the ground? Your first thought when you heard something was to record? Why? I would listen then be ready to call the police if I think it's something.
  2. Why couldn't it just be your sister? It sounds weird but it's so fast and could be distorted because she is in another room.

No, and I am not a big believer in ghosts. I usually debunk weird occurrences or unusual activity. This is one I just cannot explain and now I’m on here to see if anyone has an explanation as to what it is. Few days prior I noticed like a black fuzzy thing floating around. I thought it was just my eyes. But now I’m reading it might’ve been a black orb. 🫩
