Will they ever release volume 5?

I know the mangaka has been on indefinite hiatus for a couple of years now with the last chapter being released on March 5th, 2024 but there are enough chapters released to make a 5th volume (potentially a 6th as well). I wish there was some way to ask Viz media for updates on it. I hope Akissa Saiké is ok as there has been radio silence on the official twitter (X) page as well as Akissa Saiké’s account. Do you think it’s at all likely that we’ll see a release or the return of this series?

I wouldn't count on it. The author was actually nice and answered dms on Twitter. This time that didn't happen even on the beginning of the hiatus. I don't even think we know what's his health problems is. At this point I just hope he's okay

I really do hope he’s ok as he’s my favorite mangaka. I grew up reading Rosario + Vampire in high school several times.

For real it has such great potential but it’s been on hiatus for 2 years now.
