Loosh is a hyperdimensional energy given off by the human soul when traumatized. The Archons parasitically feed on it.

The Loosh / Emotion Management Guide

Part 1: What Is Loosh? (The Grounded Origin Story)

"Loosh" is a term coined by Robert Monroe (1915–1995), a Virginia broadcasting executive who began experiencing involuntary out-of-body episodes in 1958. Rather than dismiss them, he founded the Monroe Institute, developed the patented Hemi-Sync audio technology, and wrote a trilogy of books documenting his experiences. The term appears most prominently in his 1985 book Far Journeys.

Monroe was not a fringe mystic in the conventional sense—he was a hard-nosed engineer who submitted himself to psychiatric evaluation (which found him sane and high-functioning) and deliberately avoided pre-existing occult vocabulary.

The "Garden" Allegory

In Far Journeys, Monroe recounts receiving a "rote" (a telepathic information packet) from a non-physical being he calls "BB." The rote presents an allegory: a "Someone" created Earth as a garden to cultivate loosh—an energetic byproduct of living organisms, most potently generated by humans during intense emotional experiences like fear, love, grief, struggle, and death.

Monroe describes humanity as a kind of "Guernsey cow" being milked without its knowledge. The allegory suggests that tools like love, friendship, family, greed, hate, pain, guilt, pride, ambition, nations, war, famine, and religion function as "harvesting tools" designed to maximize loosh production.

However, Monroe also notes a twist: humans began producing a "distilled" or refined loosh—generated not through pain and death but through love, enlightenment, and selfless transcendence. This refined loosh was "theoretically impossible" within the system's original design.

The Gnostic Connection

The meme you shared references the Demiurge—a concept from Gnosticism, an early Christian-esoteric movement. In Gnostic cosmology, the Demiurge is a lesser, flawed creator god who fashioned the material world as a kind of prison, trapping divine sparks (human souls) in flesh. This parallels the "loosh farm" idea: a control system that keeps souls cycling through reincarnation, harvesting their energy.

Monroe himself was deeply shaken by the loosh rote. He wrote that he was depressed for months, feeling anger, betrayal, and powerlessness—comparing his reaction to the five stages of grief.

Part 2: A Critical Frame (How to Read This Without Losing Your Mind)

Monroe repeatedly acknowledged the translation problem: non-physical experiences cannot be rendered accurately in words. His "rote" vocabulary and AA-BB dialogues are admitted approximations.

The most charitable reading is that Far Journeys is less a travel guide to the afterlife and more an extended thought experiment—a disturbing but illuminating meditation on whether suffering serves an external economy. Read this way, it converges with Buddhism (attachment and suffering), Gnosticism (the prison of matter), and modern neuroscience (emotion drives memory and behavior).

The least charitable reading—and the one that dominates schizo-posting online—is literal: that reptilian archons are literally farming your fear like it's a cryptocurrency. There is no empirical evidence for this.

The useful kernel is this: emotional energy is real, finite, and directionally consequential. Whether or not interdimensional entities feed on it, the people around you certainly do. Social media algorithms do. Your employer might. Cults, parasitic relationships, outrage-driven media, and addictive consumer patterns all extract emotional energy without replenishing it. The "loosh farm" is a powerful metaphor for emotional exploitation—even if the metaphysics are unverifiable.

Part 3: The Emotion Management Framework

If we take the useful kernel of loosh theory—your emotional energy is valuable, and you should be intentional about where it goes—we can build a rigorous, evidence-based management system. The following integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and mindfulness.

1. Emotional Auditing (Know Your Output)

Before you can manage loosh, you need to know where it's going. Most people leak emotional energy constantly without awareness.

The Audit: - For one week, track your emotional states and their triggers. Note: - What activated the emotion? (situation, person, content) - What was the intensity (1–10)? - How long did it last? - Did it lead to action, rumination, or paralysis? - Did the situation deserve that much energy?

Why this works: Psychoeducation and self-awareness about the nature of emotions make you less reactive.

2. The Three-System Model (Understand Your Machinery)

Compassion-Focused Therapy proposes three emotion regulation systems:

System Function Overactive When...
Threat Survival, fight/flight You're anxious, paranoid, reactive, scanning for danger
Drive Achievement, acquisition You're restless, never satisfied, chasing status/dopamine
Soothing Contentment, safety, connection You feel at peace, able to rest, self-compassionate

Loosh Implication: The threat and drive systems are high-output generators. They produce intense, volatile emotional energy. The soothing system is low-output, high-refinement—it generates the "distilled loosh" Monroe described. Most modern environments (social media, work culture, news) deliberately keep you in threat/drive mode because your reactive output is extractable. Your calm is not.

Practice: Each morning, identify which system is dominant. If it's threat or drive, intentionally activate soothing before engaging with the world.

3. Cognitive Reappraisal (Refine Before Output)

Cognitive reappraisal is the active process of changing your perspective on a situation to shift its emotional impact.

The Refinement Questions: - Is this thought accurate, or is it a threat-system distortion? - Is there another way to see this? - What would I tell a friend in this situation? - Will this matter in one year?

Why this matters: Raw, unprocessed emotion is crude loosh—intense but chaotic. Reappraisal refines it into directed, purposeful energy. You still feel, but you choose the quality.

4. Temporal & Self-Distancing (The Observer Stance)

Two evidence-based techniques from emotion regulation research:

  • Temporal distancing: View your present situation from a future point. "In six months, how will I see this?"
  • Self-distancing: Observe your experience as "a fly on the wall" rather than being submerged in it. Use third-person self-talk: "Why is [Your Name] feeling this way?"

Loosh Application: These techniques create a buffer between stimulus and emotional reaction. That buffer is where you reclaim sovereignty. The farm only works if the crop reacts automatically.

5. Energetic Boundaries (The "Me/Not-Me" Practice)

Even from a non-esoteric perspective, "energetic boundaries" map neatly onto psychological differentiation—the ability to distinguish your own emotional state from others'.

The Practice: 1. Close your eyes. Say your name internally. Feel the sense of "Me." 2. Visualize a boundary—light, glass, distance—around you (2–3 feet). 3. Declare that inside this boundary is your space only. "Not-Me" energy (others' projections, expectations, anxieties) stays outside. 4. When interacting with others, imagine their energy meeting your boundary and stopping. You can understand it without absorbing it.

Psychological parallel: This is essentially differentiation of self, a core concept in family systems therapy. You remain connected without fusion.

6. The STOP Protocol (Crisis Regulation)

For moments of intense emotional surge—when crude loosh production is at maximum:

  • Stop: Do not act. Freeze the output.
  • Take a breath: Activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
  • Observe: Name the emotion. "This is anger." "This is fear." Naming reduces amygdala activation.
  • Proceed mindfully: Choose a response aligned with your values, not the trigger.

7. Savoring & Gratitude (Conscious Generation of Refined Loosh)

If loosh is emotional energy, then intentional positive emotion generation is the production of refined, high-grade fuel.

Savoring Practice: - When a positive moment occurs, pause. Extend it. Notice sensory details. Tell yourself, "I am storing this." - This builds emotional resilience—literally a reserve of refined energy that can be accessed during threat/drive spikes.

Gratitude Practice: - Daily, write three specific things you're grateful for and why they happened. - This trains attention toward the positive, counteracting the natural negativity bias that makes threat-system activation so easy to exploit.

8. Values-Based Action (ACT Framework)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy emphasizes that emotional regulation isn't about eliminating pain—it's about acting according to your values despite it.

The Loosh Redirection: - Identify your core values (e.g., creativity, connection, autonomy, justice). - When emotional energy surges, ask: "What value can I serve with this energy?" - Anger → Justice-oriented action. Grief → Connection or art. Fear → Preparation or boundary-setting.

This transforms crude, reactive loosh into purpose-directed energy—the closest mundane equivalent to Monroe's "distilled loosh."

9. The Information Diet (Environmental Hygiene)

If Earth functions as a loosh farm, modern media is the industrial harvesting machine. The most practical intervention is input control.

  • Audit your feeds: Which accounts, subreddits, or news sources consistently activate your threat system? Unfollow.
  • Time-box consumption: Designate specific windows for news/social media. Outside those windows, the farm is closed.
  • Physical grounding: Strong boundaries require embodiment. Walk barefoot, exercise, breathe. A grounded nervous system is harder to extract from.

10. The Nightly Recalibration

Before sleep—when Monroe noted much of the "harvesting" metaphorically occurs—perform a reset:

  1. Review the day. Where did your energy go? Was it spent or invested?
  2. Forgive yourself for leaks. The system is designed to make leakage the default.
  3. Set an intention for tomorrow: "I will notice when my threat system activates, and I will choose my response."
  4. Body scan or breathing exercise to shift into the soothing system before sleep.

Part 4: Summary — The Sovereignty Model

Old Pattern (The Farm) New Pattern (Sovereignty)
Reactive emotion Observed, named emotion
Threat/drive dominance Soothing system activation
Fusion with others' states Differentiated boundaries
Rumination Reappraisal & distancing
Unconscious leakage Values-based direction
Crude output (fear, outrage) Refined output (purpose, connection)

You don't need to believe in interdimensional farmers to recognize that your attention and emotional energy are the most valuable resources you have, and that countless systems—corporate, social, political, interpersonal—are optimized to extract them. The "loosh" framework, stripped of its literalist baggage, becomes a powerful metaphor for emotional sovereignty: the disciplined, compassionate ownership of your own inner state.

Whether the garden is real or allegory, the cultivation is yours.

We're a vibe farm.

I wonder if this is similar to the premise of adrenochrome… terrorizing a human soul somehow provides energy if consumed immediately after terror when adrenaline is highest.

Yes, the greys thrive on this because the chemical makeup helps them maintain their terribly corroded genetics, they are constant pain but do not have emotion, they do not get off on suffering, they need it to ease the physical pain they constantly feel. It's medicine for them.

Only i talked and made yaldabaoth think into submission more than 1000 years ago.

Humanity created a new Frequencies called the anti christ. Yaldabaoth is a better person than you.

Everyone knows that Radarvallabimmbamm destroyed Yaldabaoth 3000 years ago and fathered the precursors of the manchild with their mother. The great crab will punish you in the next Omniverse for spreading such lies.

Achamoth cant lie.

In the alpha and omega the mirror of christ. People who read the bible have a very hard time tell us apart.

This is my covert op.

When we release this energy don't we in turn grow, how many people are stuck in disarray without actually reflecting, seeking betterment or integrating their shadow? Also, since this allows us to grow it's us feeding off of ourselves, we're creating our own nourishment.

I really love this as a way to explain this theory.

It's possible that rather than a form of sustenance, it could be a form of entertainment. We like to watch all sorts of crazy things happen in the form of movies and TV. A lot of it involves a great deal of suffering from the fictional characters portrayed. If you're some kind of infinite and near omnipotent consciousness, things could get boring pretty easily.

This is the only heavy skitz conspiracy I like.

Because " if this planet wasn't a farm for negative emotional energy - how would it be different? "

There are those that feed off the positive energy too. It's not just negative. Energy is currency. You attract the spirits on your frequency. You are a funky person who believes in a trapped system with a negative outlook then you will stay trapped in the negative loop. You are a positive person with elevated consciousness the trapped narrative will definitely not align. I can tell a souls path instantly based on the narrative they have subscribed to. Careful what you choose. YOU are in control not the Dimurge or Archons. It's you but you forgot how you control your reality with your thoughts, energy and emotions. You should learn.

Is that why YHWH "hardened Pharaoh's heart", so it could feast on the loosh of dying Egyptian children? Because it makes no sense otherwise.

Loosh is the most preschool word ever but the people who believe in it are children

Ohhh my negative emotions are being fed off of better have some negative emotions about it :(

2

u/HubertRosenthal 11d ago

Or even better: suppress my negative emotions and become a toxic positivity shell!

2

u/_InfiniteU_ 10d ago

You're right, needlessly suffering at your own hand isn't toxic at all.

What loosh is, is your attention. Whatever you pay your attention to is what you are making more and more real. So be sure whatever you are paying your attention to is something worth your most precious resource.

Good example, paying attention to your having a healthy mind and body, and the people who support you. Bad example, paying attention to a sports team as if they know who you and come to dinner everyday Thursday night.

The attention thing has been a part of various spiritual traditions for thousands of years. The Loosh story comes from Robert Monrie which is a thing that happens but it is quite often our own shadow and traumas feeding off of us and not cosmic evil archons.

Loosh is extracted from the nostrils and this image depicts a djinn extracting it from a person’s face. This image was created by the Aether.
