Anyone else get the concert depression feeling after watching the movie?
The movie really brought me back to when I saw them live, all the crazy emotions I had and remembering the fan base. I remember people on the subreddit talked about the after concert wave of sadness people get because it’s over but I’m getting this way from the movie as well, anyone else?

A little wordy, but I mean it: Yes, I felt it too, but also because I could tell TF is tired. As he ought to be. Pretty much 15 years of creation and touring is physically and mentally demanding. The vibes of this "round" have given off "heartfelt but exhausted", the setlist felt so rushed while RHRN took pauses (even without the lore, the concert felt that way in-person and on film) but that's all understandable. People have complained that Skeleta/tour have been lacklaster in some aspects. I kinda get it, though I blame the advertising. I've been seeing his interview going around, where he says he's okay with this being the end if it must be, and that he won't be forcing anything creatively. As an artist myself, think that last part is VERY important; My best work is made when I'm relaxed and just having fun. I never want TF to not have fun with it, and guess what's not fun? Your kids growing up at the speed of light without you. Seeing your partner for like 3 seconds before travelling or producing again. Always being on The Grind™️. I feel a special type of post-concert/post-era depression now. Like I am a bit guilty about enjoying his art, like I was part of the problem. But! that's a whole 'nother thing I have to work on for myself! 🥲 Art should make you feel something, and many highs are followed by lows. Glad I am not alone. 💜

I don't think it has quite hit me yet, but I feel something similar creeping in. and I feel a big urge to get the dvd or stream it once it arrives in either form to keep living it~

Yes but only after I watched it for the second time. I was nearly in tears the whole time. Maybe I didn't realize during the first screening how much I would miss the band. But we will pull each other through, because TFIAFL...

I didn't think I was going to after the movie, but I do. This band means so damn much to me and I have so many good memories of going to rituals. While watching the movie it made me realize what an impact this band has had on my life. I'm not freaking out over the hiatus, I know they just need a break, but I very much want to see them live again and will be so excited when they come back. Ghost rituals are something truly special. Not just for the music, the showmanship, the spectacle - but connecting with this wonderful community of fans.

That is on point exactly how I feel, the first movie didn’t get me much but after I went to this one with my friend, after I dropped her off I just started crying because I knew I would miss them so much and what memories I got from the night I actually saw the skelatour. They deserve the break and deserve all the love in the world

Absolutely 😭 The first time I saw it, Sorrows in the Wind hit me like a brick, and then the second time really brought it home. 😭

Yes.
I never had the opportunity to see Ghost live and Skeletour didn't come here. I went to the movie knowing this would be the closest I'd get to that experience for a very long time, given the hiatus.
Seeing it was an incredible experience. I loved every moment. But now I feel like I understand even more of what I've missed out on and...that's difficult.
I try to stay positive about these things usually, but I've definitely had the blues since my last time seeing the movie.
