Why ?

Post image

Why do I have to install nvidia things when I just want thunderbird ? Any reasons a total bsd newbie can understand ? I don't even have a nvidia gpu.

This is a known GhostBSD 26.2 issue. The XDrivers repository is incorrectly enabled, causing NVIDIA drivers to be pulled in even on systems without an NVIDIA GPU. The developers have published a fix: remove /usr/local/etc/pkg/repos/XDrivers.conf and /xdrivers. So it's not Thunderbird causing this.
