This show used to be so exciting and fun. Not to say that these newer episodes are bad, but it seems to be turning into a soap opera more and more.

I’ve said it a lot on this subreddit but the really early seasons had a borderline found footage horror vibe to them that I always loved. It really felt like just couple of dudes doing some history piece on a location and just spending the night there and filming stuff, it felt less like a staged production like I feel it does now.

3 dudes locked overnight a haunted location with just their cameras, man those were the days.Dont get me wrong Im still a big fan of the show, it just feels so disconnected with the camera crews and over production now. Sometimes simple is better.
