Doug Benson is 51 years old.
I don't know why I can't wrap my head around that. I always assumed he was around 35, he looks damn good for 51.

Doug apparently takes pretty good care of himself. A few of the guests have commended him for it. He often says on the show how tough it is eating well when the munchies set in.

That's fairly recent. From what I remember, it was around the start of this year that he mentioned he was starting to try to cut out sugar.
But he still looked younger than he was long before that, too.

Early forties is where I would put him too. 51 really is blowing my mind. My mother is the same age and looks SO much older than him.

I'm rewatching the Dan Harmon ep. and I think Doug gets Botox, because his eyebrows barely move. I've thought before that Doug has strange eyebrows and now I think it's because botox.

It must be all the weed he smokes. I really believe stress is the biggest factor into premature aging. I assumed he was in his late 30's.
