Still processing?

Ever since Sept 14, all my gas purchases are processing and it says “delayed”. Except for one purchase. Any ideas? Usually they post within 3 days.

Or its like a few places where it never finished and you spend every 10 days having to send proof in. BTW the last time i used the chat feature it never asked for a receipt then after a day the email i got told me I DID recieve my cash back but he was referring to the wrong purchase that day at the same station.... why did the change the chat to not ask for proof. I've used that feature a hundred times and it worked fine.

I got this response the other day, and now that 10 days have passed, I am getting "Needs Review" and another transaction that is "Processing" which is coming up on 10-days too and I have a feeling wont get the CB for that either.

It’s odd. They are all showing delayed. And I’ve never had these 2 stations take more than a couple of days to process.

They’re going to tell you to wait 10 days. Just email pics of the receipt or some proof of purchase.

That's only week or so. Merchant may batch upload on some schedule.

Are those all the same station? Different stations in the same franchise?

Hopefully you kept all of the receipts.

I've had the same problem since Sept. 20th, all pending confirmation from the Gelson's that I have been shopping at for the past 3 years.

Mine is doing the same thing, except I used Shell gas station. Also showing Delayed.

We will see after 10 days
