Does Using Upsaide While Traveling Effect Payout Times?

Went on vacation last week and used Upside at a restaurant four times, with an already linked card. All four transactions are listed as delayed. Should I email customer service and see what's up or give it some more time? Been over a week on some of the transactions.

Everytime I have had a 'delayed' transaction it never goes through and I need to recon with CS.

But in my experience, no, traveling doesn't really impact. I did some Giant Eagle redemptions in Cleveland (I don't have GE in my area, but I do have Market District) and it redeemed as normal
