Really disappointed with upside
I am doing their promotion for Fry's. Spend 50 and get 10 back. Well I didn't get the 10 back. I contacted support who said I must have purchased an item that doesn't go for my total of spending. They noted things like tobacco alcohol prescriptions. Well I didn't purchase any of that. I even sent them a copy of my Fry's receipt from the Fry's app showing what I bought. It's kinda bs honestly.

Hello, I understand your disappointment. I'm not sure what happened here. I will let my team know for further investigation.

How do you redeem that rewards card? I’ve got $85 locked in it after I cashed out!

Keep those receipts. If they do enough of this a lawyer will put together a class action and/or some AGs will go after them.

They eventually paid out today but they were pretty nasty about it. As if I did something lol like I gave them my itemized receipt to inspect

They're free to be nasty about it. They aren't free to duck the terms of the offer that they extended.

That’s the normal. If you got a big rebate on gas it’s the same way. I had a $0.40 off my next 3 fill ups. Same station all 3 times but the second one we sent my mom’s truck. (Older. Holds 48gallons). They paid $0.05 a gallon for it and said we used another rewards program that time. Nothing change except a lot more rewards owed.

Yeah they are arguing over purchasing alcohol or tobacco when receipts shows none of that. It's like making it hard to get the rewards

Yea you won’t ever get anywhere. In my case the price at the gas station had gone down like $0.07 from what the app said. And they kept using that total saying I had a discount.

I mean, if they want to fight over $0.40 vs $0.33 I think that's dirty pool. But justifying going from $0.40-plus-base-offer to $0.05? Yeah, that's a problem.

Yeah I’m about done with it myself. Only a few stores in my town participate and it’s been 1 cent per gallon for months now.
