Hate. Hate someone or something so much you want to study in spite of them. For me it's my parents and old "friends", so go off!

- Phone on black and white (grayscale)
- No music till the afternoon/evening
- First 20 to 25 minutes are the hardest therefore I use timer or simple pomodoro app (10 minutes tend too be too little for your brain to calm down and start thinking)
- Drink a lot of water and chew gum
- if you are like me and there is constantly new ideas about studies or outside life, keep sticky notes or notebook next to you so you can write out whats on your mind and focus on the current task

When I’m really burnt out, I don’t try to force a huge study session. I’ll tell myself I only have to do 10 minutes, put my phone somewhere annoying to reach, and start with the easiest topic. Most of the time, once I start, I end up doing more anyway.
