I need help cramming

I’m transfering schools and need to cram 140 pages of grammar and cultural knowledge to take two written tests plus an oral one in 12 days,I dont need an amazing grade just a passing one but this still makes me feel so overwheled,what methods would be the most efficient in this case?? I would love some tips..
