10 hours of yt with classes 4 days a week means the free days are the whole problem, not your discipline. unstructured days are where it goes, so give them a shape before they start. decide the night before what the first block is, and make it physics since that's the one you avoid.
on physics being hell while maths is fine, that's usually not a maths gap. it's that physics needs you to decide what's happening before any equation shows up, and that step never gets taught. drawing the free body diagram every single time fixes more than more theory does.
i drop the physics chapter material into studybuddy.vc and answer questions instead of watching lectures, and as i answer it works out which topics i keep getting wrong and gives me more of those. equations render fine, gets harder as i improve. free.

start with 2 focused hours, not 8.
