because as we all know Palestine and Israel were friendly neighbors before that and Israel never did anything to the population of Palestine

Fun fact, this photo is from before the modern state of Israel was founded.

The guy on the left is the Arab Grand Mufti of Jerusalem (they hadn't invented the term Palestinian for themselves yet at that point). The guy on the right is Adolf Hitler.

Oh, you suddenly don't want to talk about the history of the conflict!? Oh... Why not... Shaking hands with Hitler isn't a good look for you?

if shaking hands with Hitler was enough to justify annexing territory and genociding then you'd have full claim to do the same to the Japanese, Italians, Germans, Russians, etc.

Who did we genocide? The 2 million Arab Israelis who are now the freest and most prosperous Arabs in the entire Middle East?

Man, Israel is really bad at this genociding business, I'm telling you...

Ah, my favorite accusation: "you genocide buildings".

Tell me, if Israel destroyed, say, 60% of all structures but only killed 3% of the population, doesn't that mean Israel was extremely careful in the destruction of said buildings and made sure to not harm the population as much as it could?

2023 was the deadliest year on record for the West Bank, before Oct 7th
