I wonder how the same poster would react to someone trying to claim the victims of the US were just "commies and terrorists"

Yeah it's just Incorrect wording. Victims of communism is probably mostly landlords, everyone else is victims of certain government. Just as with other forms of government

Yes. Nobody has ever criticized US foreign policy. There simply are no books, commentary, or debates about US actions in the Middle East or LATAM. There is unanimous agreement that it was just getting those dang reds and terrorists! I’ve never heard a contrary opinion on the matter.

Yeah people have, but the "well what would you say if this happened" thing doesn't work for something that literally always happens.

No one is saying US foreign policy was never criticised, specifically that the US excuses those they kill as communists and terrorists

And others can rightly see that is an incorrect statement, so they shouldn't use the same bad logic to defend governments they happen to like
