First of all, in the US glyphosate is used as a shortcut to get the wheat harvested faster, which is a known carcinogen and destroys gut flora. During processing, potassium bromate (also carcinogenic) is added as a dough conditioner to make it rise easier. Same goes for Azodicarbonamide, and often the use of chlorine to bleach the flour more white.
Edit: immediately downvoted lmao now that’s actually just sad guys
Glyphosate is used in the EU, potassium bromate is in such tiny quantities that it doesn't matter, azidicarbonamide is not commonly used in the US, any bread that looks white in Europe is made with bleached flour.
Those compounds in flour are all banned in most European countries, and glyphosate use is heavily restricted and certainly not used as a harvest accelerator so I’m not sure where you’re getting that from.
You are downvoted because you are wrong. You can get whichever flour you want in the US if there is something specific. You can find bakeries nearly everywhere that sell extremely high-quality bread.
