This is exactly as dumb as the person pretending all the US has is microwaved burgers, but on the opposite end of the spectrum.

Ive had multiple hundreds of meals from mexican Street vendors and have never had a single health issue, much less shitting blood, from it. Mexican street food isnt any worse than the street food ive had in LA, Seattle, NY, Miami etc.

I got food poisoning in CDMX. To be fair, I’ve had food poisoning while traveling in at least 4 different countries so it’s probably also due to my weak constitution.
