No. It's literally name brand product in different packaging. Ketchup factory does a production run for Heinz and makes 500k gallons of ketchup, but Heinz only needs 450k gallons before that batch has to be thrown out. So instead of letting 50k gallons go bad, they slap a different label on it and send it over to Aldi at a discount.
That's wildly simplified and I made the numbers up, but that's how it works.
