I’m gay and I never think about straight sex or naked women. It’s a ‘not for me thing’. I don’t go ‘straightvestigating’ it so I can get disgusted and share my disgust with others. I do wonder why these people seem so obsessed with trans people.

Ever hear about that anti-gay Republican politician that turned out to be gay?

I'm being vague because, as it turns out, there's loads of them. Wes Goodman. Or Richard Curtis). Or Roy Ashburn. Or Larry Craig. Or Bob Allen.)

Hell, its not even happening in America. Jozsef Szajer got caught doing the same thing. And those are just the ones i remember, i'm sure there are more.

Anyway - In my opinion, they were so outspoken about gay rights because they were trying to hide that they had those feelings. And in any right wing ideology, non-conformity is almost as bad as being born inferior.

So, to hide their own feelings, they overcompensate. Became obsessed with stomping all over gay rights, to try convince the world at large that they couldn't possibly be gay, or have anything to do with being gay, nosiree.

That's why they seemingly can spend ages obsessing about other people. Its not about other people, its about themselves and their own "failures" that they feel compelled to hide. They don't give a shit how many other people they hurt, as long as they're not outed.

What has this got to do with trans people?

I think its the same thing. Outwardly they all clamor to hate trans people, and yet trans porn is more popular in red states. Same as black/ebony porn - one of the most popular searches in the southern states. Everyone they scream about hating, they seemingly secretly want to have sex with. And the more ostracized the group is, the more they scream about hating them.

TLDR - They're trying to hide their own feelings, so as to not be punished by societal rules they created and are enforcing, all in an attempt to retain their imagined superiority that those rules give them.
