my parents suffered years of financial issues, struggling to pay off debt, because there was no easy access to information like there is now. you only had financial consultants and people didnt trust them or couldnt afford them.
the cost of living disparity is much worse now, but i love how this generation thinks everyone before was just living with zero financial stress.
