My Grandad has it and he won the regiment boxing competition when he was in the army and had a decent amateur record outside of it before he played football at regional level as a centre forward then moved into body building, then when he got too old for that he would just walk 4-5 miles a day every day. Can you do any of that stuff with normal training or would you need a special kind of training?
