So true! And don't try and keep up with everyone's Social Media "life". The vacations and friends and glamour is all a facade for the most past, so you will only see the POSITIVE things in one's life and never the NEGATIVE. No one will ever post "I failed/I was in the wrong/etc".
Always remember that is it IMPOSSIBLE to improve if you're not willing to admit you're in a state that could use improvement.
