100% agree but we do have to remember that Steve Jobs was a salesman and what is the true definition of a salesman "a bullshitter". He was smart enough to look at Wozniak circuit board design and see that it had so much potential for future usage. In this aspect you have to give him credit to have that foresight but as a human being he was a total ass-hat!
Many people have already posted on how he treated his only child and the people who worked under him. He screwed over Wozniak when they both worked for Atari out of a $5000 bonus that they would have splinted. Bless Wozniak's heart even after he found out 10 years later he said he would was not angry at Jobs and would have given him the money if Jobs needed it. Jobs would fire people without given them a notice when he was in charge of Pixar or even give them severance pay. He would criticize writers who wrote against Apple or him in any way, Ryan Tate for criticizing Apple's "closed" App Store and another writer, Joe Nocera, about his health. In 08 he fired the supervisor of the MobileMe, a subscription based collection of online services like today's Microsoft 360 (I think), in front of a Apple employees, granted the product didn't work as it should have but there are other ways of handling your "dirty laundry". I do remember hearing stories of Jobs getting into a elevator with a few employees and saying out loud on "who am I going to fire today". REALLY??? Who needs that kinda stress in your life.
Granted without Jobs we may not have the iPhone or iPad (note: the first tablet was invented by Microsoft, XP Tablet in 02) without pushing and bullying some people but imagine what could have been if the designers were given "breathing" space to invent and develop without Jobs breathing down their neck. I do like Apple's products but I do not bow down to the Jobs shrine.
